Happy with the delivery but the second time I wore my bracelet one of the pearls fell off. Luckily I found it but will have to take it to a jeweler to get it fixed. So mixed feeling

I bought a few pieces of jewellery from this shop, affordable & staff are very helpful.The rewards points are fantastic, I end up using to treat myself with lovely staircase to moon earrings with most of the points. Will be ordering online after discovering this shop on our holidays in Broome

I've purchased some very nice pieces previously, but bought a pearl ring recently and, although it arrived on time, the pearl fell off after one wear. Don't think I'll be coming back.

I ordered the ear rings I wanted and they arrived within a week. Exactly as described and as I wanted.
Couldn't be happier.

This little bangle popped up in my ads. My favourite bangle had broken so I wanted to treat myself. From the time I ordered it to the time I received it was only a matter of days. I have had a few compliments since wearing it.

I am happy with the pearl studs earrings I received. My only issue was with the delivery time.

Wonderful connection with the husband of the creator of the designs. All hand produced and exquisite at surprisingly reasonable prices. The quality of the silver and gold is also exceptional. They also went out their way to wrap the presents for our granddaughters.

The packaging was very average. Cardboard box arrived all squashed and I couldn't use it for a gift.

Absolutely the best after sales service. The lovely lady rang me from Broome (I'm Northern N.S.W.) to verify my order….when there was a query about the colour of the pearl, in my ring. She was so lovely…even putting up with my dog barking in the background. Buy with confidence from this firm…you will not be disappointed. Thank you, for a great sale.

It arrived promptly and in good condition. I use different backs to support the earrings, presenting the pearl forward-facing.

I thought I was buying a gold plated wire choker to wear with a pendant. Instead I received, gold plated wire, no clasp. Not sure what I shall do with it. Waste

Broome Staircase Designs certainly did not disappoint with my purchase of a beautiful pair of pearl drop earrings as they are so stylish and elegant. I have received numerous compliments and have since ordered another set( slightly different) but still so gorgeous as a gift for my sister.
