I have been trying to replace my Hawaiian pink pearls for some years now but to no avail. However the light pink button pearls are so beautiful I am ver happy with them.
I bought the 9ct Pearl Cage, absolutely lovely. Easy to order, prompt delivery.

However, I had no idea how to open the cage to put my pearl in, so I asked the question.
Never received an answer. 0 out of 10.
I had to take the pearl and the pearl cage to a local jeweler. She was kind enough to show me how it worked and put my pearl into the little cage and closed it. So disappointing about the after service as there was none.

Frequent purchaser. I've bought a lot of Broome staircases stock range. Lots of reasonably priced unique items that are beautiful. One of my favourite sellers.
I put the order in but could not progress the sale. I tried to contract them. They didn't answer emails for ages. They sent lots of automatic emails asking me to finalise the purchase but didn't reply when I responded. They offered a discount of 10% which I tried to apply but still couldn't get a person not an automatic reply. Eventually I did some phone calls that allowed me to purchase over the phone. Without the discount I was offered. So not great ultimately. The product is however nice. But it was such a pain I wouldn't purchase from this seller online again.
