Our experience with Broad Financial has been outstanding. Questions were answered promptly and guidance was excellent. I would work with Broad Financial again without hesitation.
My inquiries are always directed to the website for references. Instructions are not so clear; so I guess what I mistakingly did was an indirect rollover vs a direct rollover. I am still not so confident that I do not need to file a form with the IRS within 60 days of distribution. I feel it was not clear enough to have my funds made out to my trust name; thus I need to deposit the funds in my personal account and then transfer to the trust account; I am hoping that this will not be a mess with the IRS. I wish I would have gotten right; I would have much preferred the direct so not to confuse the IRS; God knows how confused they already are.
So far everything has been exactly as it was explained to me over the phone in my initial conversation.
I am not too please with the service.
The team was very helpful every step of the process. Thxs
Everything wen very smoothly and all my questions have been answered quickly. I have my checking account opened and have put an offer on a condo that has been accepted. Wrote the first check yesterday to pay for the inspection.
Avi Kaufman has been absolutely helpful in setting up my self directed IRA.
In general, people are apprehensive about companies and services that are not "bricks & mortar" in their neighborhood where they can physically check them out. My experience with Broad Financial has be professional and efficient from the very first telephone conversation. Everything was complete explained and all the service was top notch! Thanks.
Avi & Eva are great...DL *******@comcast.net and this is Dan Levin
All business directives were handled expeditiously. Needs were met and success ensued!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
