Worst choice I ever made. They are fueled by Expedia. Cancelled 1 day before, and AmEx found they have this right. Awful, awful & awful! Don't ever use them! Sorry I even thought I'd be refunded my money. Worse choice! Stay away! Warning! Poison!

I am so greatful for this site as it's convenient and easy to use! It lays out good information for each location to include other user reviews. Not having to call ahead (mostly) to a hotel to see if they allow pets (even cats!) is really nice.

We are just returning from our first trip with Fido and I couldn't have done it without this website. From hotel, activities, restaurants…all suggestions were spot on and we had an amazing overall experience with all the information we found on here! Will definitely use it for all our trips from now on!

Dissappointed with the recommendation of this hotel. It is in a rough area of town. There is a semi truck service on one side of the hotel. Some of the fencing around the facility has barbed wire.

Thought this would be a site I could trust to put us in a good safe hotel.
Inside looms ok as long as I dont go outside

If you are road tripping with a furry friend or just looking for a local spot that will welcome you both, BringFido will change your life! The dog park listings alone are worth gold when needing to stretch your legs, and the pet friendly hotels and restaurants lists will save loads of phone time calling around just to be turned away. I tell every dog owner I know about BringFido!

People who have pets and take them with them, giving advise about places they like... almost makes to much sense right

This site is not reliable at all. They do not stay up to date with hotel policies, which change often. I had booked a non-refundable trip through BringFido. Turns out the hotel was NOT pet friendly, and 2 days before my trip Bringfido just told me "Well, you don't have to bring your pet and you can still stay at the hotel since it's non-refundable." Why on earth would I have booked through BringFido if I wasn't bringing a pet.? They also told me if I canceled, I would have to pay the nonrefundable cancellation fee. I had to fight with them for weeks to get my money back for THEIR mistake on not staying up to date on hotels policies. Needless to say, did not get to go on my trip and the hassle was not worth it at all. They were unprofessional about the whole thing.

I used BringFido.com to purchase two overnight stays for a long road trip I was going on because obvi I was bringing my dog and needed pet friendly accommodations. Super easy to find hotels on my route. Before booking, I checked the hotel company website and the prices weren't that far off. The only difference was BringFido was non refundable. I didn't think the trip would be cancelled so I booked through them. Unfortunately the trip was cancelled so I wasn't able to get my $ back. No big deal as it's not a huge amount. Thankfully I booked the longest stay through IHG since I'd get points and with my company discount it was actually $200 cheaper (BringFido said it would be close to $900 and IGH was close to $700 and I wouldn't be charged if plans changed THANKFULLY) my question is where does the $ from the cancellation go? I sure hope it goes to a local animal shelter

First time user after a bad experience with a supposed pet friendly place. Easy process and a fantastic experience this time around. THANKS SO MUCH

I found it very easy to find great place to stay with my 16 year old dog. Website was great and easy to maneuver around. Would use again without a doubt.

BringFido.com has helped us in so many cities find great dog-friendly restaurants and made Coronado Island one of our annual trips because of their great recommendations on hotels and activities.

In the middle of snow storm in VA that shut down major roads and over 200,000 people lost power (including my family) - we decided to book a room through Bring Fido. I tried to call the hotel after booking (nobody would answer - probably because of the snow storm and madness it created), so I called Bring Fido. They said that before I ventured out in the 12 inches of snow to the hotel - let them call and confirm the reservation and they would call me back. They said they would call back if it was confirmed. Never called me back so I never went, ended up getting charged. I call back a few days later and customer service goes "oh yeah we forgot to call you". They told me they'd contact the hotel and get back to me. Over a week later - still haven't heard from them… disputed the charge with my bank, faster solution.

The team at BringFido had been nothing short of miraculous! My family was moving from Alaska down to Texas, and that's a long journey with a big dog. BringFido acted as our personal pet hotel concierge, and even called me a few times to confirm payments and ensure we had the right and most up-to-date information. Their helpful interface left us with no concerns. I even went and called each of the hotels after we booked our stays through BringFido and they all matched up, and all the pet details were correct. Paws up to BringFido!

Reliable place to find pet friendly hotels and rentals. No problems checking in with our dogs. Easy to search, find and book.

So far so good... looks like great features, easy to set up and easy to use for our new business listing.

We were in TN and went to check into our hotel after 9 pm and they were overbooked! Pulled up the app and had a better hotel in 15 minutes. We used the app to book our next trip and it was great!

Our first trip with our dog in tow and this site helped us a lot! We were able to find restaurants, activities and hotels that were accommodating to pets and that other pet owners reviewed. They also helped me book a room in a hotel and assisted me when I had a little difficulty. Very appreciated!
