Shopping for jewellery can be a super hard task and doing it online while all store front locations are closed even harder. I really loved shopping on Brilliant Earth's website because the search and filters made it a really nice experience. You can narrow down your search so easily and filter out things that you're not interested in a couple of clicks. You can read about all their ethical work and each item has great photos which a detailed product description. They have so much selection and something for everyone's different price points.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands from their website because of Covid and not being able to shop in person right now. Because of the pandemic, we've decided to have an earlier intimate ceremony and therefore needed accelerated delivery, the customer service here was amazing and they ensured I would get my order in time and I did. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and always carry themselves with a level of grace. These are qualities that are missing in this era of customer service. It actually doesn't exist with some retailers. I know that Brilliant Earth has a high expectation of standards when it come to their employees. The employees are long standing which gives the shopper a sense of family. The team, demonstrates this family shopping experience and an excellence that again is missing in retail. I hope I have many more years of dealing with them! They actually made me feel, not so horrible, about spending $700 on myself on a Wednesday evening on some great unique items

I received it back within their advised delays and the work they did was nothing short of amazing. I'm thrilled with the work and service they provided. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

My fiance purchased my beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth in a total surprise engagement. Therefor I had to send it back in to be resized. It took them almost 3 weeks to re-size the ring. When I got it back 2 of the 4 prongs were loose (like pulling out my hair and getting caught on clothes loose). They will not guarantee this is covered under warranty, even though this was their jewelers error, and to top it off they say it will take 4 weeks to fix. Finally, if I were to take it somewhere local that could fix my ring in a reasonable amount of time, it will void the warranty. So again, the ring is beautiful, but pray that there is nothing wrong with it, because then it becomes not their problem!
