Like any other entrepreneur out there, I've had my fair share of amazing ideas since I started my journey back in 1999. Thankfully, I was able to start my business career as an internet entrepreneur and since then, I've looked for or tried in various ways to develop Brilliant Directories - not the actual company - but, a software that functions as easily, smoothly, and just hassle-free. Forget the fact that BD has probably one of the best customer service experience out there (major shout-out to my guy over there, Kelvin Vaughan!), if I could've sustained the cost to build my own or have found BD much much much much sooner (years ago), I would be the current Owner of one of the big national membership sites that we know today because I tried so hard to raise the funds to build the platform from scratch and even invested my own money but fell short of what BD gives me today. Thank God, with online real estate, I can always come up with and build the next big national Sky Scrapper, especially now that I am a member of the BD family. Oh by the way, if you're considered about the cost of the software - DON'T! What if I told you that you can buy a pre-approved Lot of land in your City to build whatever you want on it and I only charged you $4,000 for that lot --- would you be considered about laying out that initial investment right now for a LIFETIME of cashflow and property appreciation, along with tax-benefits? NO WAY! So just do it. For your dreams and for your family. That's why I bought 3 licenses in one clip. Purchasing those three licenses is one of the best decisions I've ever made, I hope you believe in yourself enough to do the same. Good luck!

After doing a lot of research this website was offering exactly what I was looking for. The information is very detailed on the website. I emailed questions and received a response from a very helpful staff member who answered all of my questions.

I don't usually do reviews. But i just felt the need to do a review for Brilliant Directories. I was a skeptic about Brilliant Directories. But so far, this is one of the best deals I've seen. I wanted to switch RealtyDad.com and it took less than 5 minutes to switch everything over. The level of customer support is unmatched. If you're a skeptic like I used to be, once you see the level of support, how quick and effective the system is, you won't be. Jason was very professional, and answering all my questions.

Dennis replied to all my emails within 24 hours and showed that he has full knowledge of the Brilliant Directories software and excellent customer services. I was considering some other options available for my start up directory business but the others either do not reply to my queries or lack of after sales supports compared to BD so I end up purchase a full licence plan from Brilliant Directories. Now I am testing the software and find out that it can do more than I expected. BD really cut a lot of time compared to a customised option that I intented to go with the software developer at the beginning. Now I can launching the business in no time. I am really happy with the purchase and has more time to concentrate on the business side rather than the software.

I signed up with Brilliant Directories yesterday and I was very pleased with the purchasing process. I scheduled an appointment to tour the demo with Kelvin who was phenomenal! He showed me a lot of great information and answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant to talk with and provided stellar customer service. I don't have much experience with websites but he assured me that the site was simple to use and so far it has been. The training videos are extremely helpful and I have the comfort of knowing that I have my included training credits if need further assistance with anything. I'm very please with the ease of use and the customization options. The included features offer everything that I was looking for. Overall I'm a very happy customer!

I chose to go with Brilliant Directories over other available options mainly because of the people I've been speaking with. Yes, the platform seems to be the best available, but for me the quality of the people behind the scenes means a lot as well.

I had started my project by coding my own site only to find that once filled with members it would take up way too much database space and likely run slower than I'd like it to. So, I scrapped it and made second contact with Brilliant Directories.

The plan is to get this first niche market directory rolling through 2016, then do it again in another somewhat niche market.
