From the first time I called inquiring about a diamond (almost 9 months ago) through shipping the finished engagement ring to me Brilliance was nothing short of EXCELLENT.
Their Diamond Experts are extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and guided me through picking a diamond that was under my budget but exceeded my size expectations. However what will make me a customer for life is the way they came through for me on my custom ring.
Once I placed my order I gave them a specific due date I needed everything in hand by. However I messed up on my date! I called back my rep a day after and they expedited my ring delivery and their COO personally met me before my planned proposal cruise. I don't think any other online retailer would go out of their way or deliver a ring by hand!

I talked to their representative before placing an order to ensure that the item I want can be delivered before certain date. They ensured me that if the order placed immediately they are going to deliver it on time. When the promised delivery date came, nothing was delivered, so I reached out to support and they told me I had to call the COO to discuss my order. COO told me that the item is delayed by customs, so I demanded a full refund, since they were not able to deliver item on time as they promised, which he agreed. Next 4 weeks after that I tried to reach COO again by phone and email, but he was completely ignoring me no single response to emails, not picking up the phone most of the time, few times when picking up the phone promising to call me back shortly and never actually calling me back. I managed to get a full refund only after reaching out to the lawyer. Beware that they are located in Florida, so you will have to find a lawyer in Florida and go to court in Florida in case of disputes (read their arbitration agreement on site).
I needed a ring really fast to my weeding and they did everything so fast and easy. I got the ring in 4 days! Thank guys! Amazing quality too!

I have purchased 2 items from brilliance, the 1st being my wife's replacement engagement ring after she lost it. I was a little hesitant to do business via Internet without seeing the actual diamond, however as it was a GIA certified stone I felt confident in purchasing. Brilliance did not let me down. My local jeweler said he could get me that same exact stone but he was charging me almost 20% more! Needless to say, I purchased from Brilliance.
