Wonderful customer service and helped me design a beautiful ring just as I needed it. Being able to view my order status in its phases of design was a nice touch without the need to call. All my needs and expectations, including a Very fair price, were met and I'd absolutely consider a visit again in the future. Top notch job at Brilliance.

Our experience with Brilliance has been excellent! We purchased a customized Cinderella Ribbon engagement ring and matching wedding band and both were stunning and exactly as pictured. The diamond we choose was the exact one provided in the photos and even got a 360' video of the diamond before purchase. My fiancee has been wearing the engagement ring for over a year and there are no indications of wear. Can't wait for our wedding so she can show off the wedding band as well! Service was great, all our questions were answered quickly and the whole process was simple.

I needed help in deciding the perfect gift for my girlfriend (because she has an extremely unique taste). When calling Brilliance, I was a little scared because I wasn't sure if I could find specifically what I was looking for anywhere, but Jonathon honestly worked throughout the day with me to get an amazing gift at the end! From the first time I called inquiring about a diamond (almost 9 months ago) through shipping the finished engagement ring to me Brilliance was nothing short of EXCELLENT.

Their Diamond Experts are extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and guided me through picking a diamond that was under my budget but exceeded my size expectations. However what will make me a customer for life is the way they came through for me on my custom ring.

Once I placed my order I gave them a specific due date I needed everything in hand by. However I messed up on my date! I called back my rep a day after and they expedited my ring delivery and their COO personally met me before my planned proposal cruise. I don't think any other online retailer would go out of their way or deliver a ring by hand!

I talked to their representative before placing an order to ensure that the item I want can be delivered before certain date. They ensured me that if the order placed immediately they are going to deliver it on time. When the promised delivery date came, nothing was delivered, so I reached out to support and they told me I had to call the COO to discuss my order. COO told me that the item is delayed by customs, so I demanded a full refund, since they were not able to deliver item on time as they promised, which he agreed. Next 4 weeks after that I tried to reach COO again by phone and email, but he was completely ignoring me no single response to emails, not picking up the phone most of the time, few times when picking up the phone promising to call me back shortly and never actually calling me back. I managed to get a full refund only after reaching out to the lawyer. Beware that they are located in Florida, so you will have to find a lawyer in Florida and go to court in Florida in case of disputes (read their arbitration agreement on site).

I have purchased 2 items from brilliance, the 1st being my wife's replacement engagement ring after she lost it. I was a little hesitant to do business via Internet without seeing the actual diamond, however as it was a GIA certified stone I felt confident in purchasing. Brilliance did not let me down. My local jeweler said he could get me that same exact stone but he was charging me almost 20% more! Needless to say, I purchased from Brilliance.

When it was time to get my wife her present for our 15th anniversary I turned again to brilliance to get her a diamond pendant necklace, Again, brilliance did not let me down. This time I did not even bother going to my jeweler I just went straight to Brilliance!
