Brilliance was a great company to work with and I love the loose diamond I purchased. Not only was this GIA certified diamond less expensive than comparable stones I found on other sites and in other stores, they had wonderful customer service. Maegan personally followed up by text after I placed my order to see if there was anything else I needed, her business cards were included in my shipment, and she was very quick to respond when I needed a specific kind of appraisal for my jeweler's insurance. It was SO nice to have one representative helping me throughout the whole process and not being bounced from one customer service rep to another. I know I will make further purchases from Brilliance and could not recommend them enough!

I had bought a tungsten wedding band with blue dinosaur inlay, and not long after receiving the ring it was beginning to show signs of damage, Quite possibly inflicted by not being gentle while wearing. They, as they advertise, quickly replaced the ring for just the price of shipping! Good quality company that stands behind their warranties and has fast responses and solutions when an issue arises is A pleasure to do business with let alone their quality pieces at value pricing.

I ordered an engagement ring and later the matching band. Maegan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I even had to get the ring resized and sent back which she checked on weekly for me. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying I am the biggest skeptic there could ever be, especially buying on the internet. Was I mistaken. Brilliance went far beyond my expectations. Natasha the manager put up with my skepticism in stride, could not have been nicer, more patient and professional. And Johnathan the owner went way out of his way with his search for me.He not only found the perfect diamond but upgraded at no extra charge. Talk with them they are first class. I really had an incredible experience buying my girlfriend's(now, fiance's) diamond through Brilliance.com. All the people I worked with were tremendously helpful and courteous. I picked the exact diamond we wanted, and paid quite a bit less than any of the other online vendors. They also worked with me on payments to both secure the diamond, then pay the remaining balance. It was all so easy! They say a diamond is forever, but if I am ever in the market for another diamond, I will certainly purchase it from Brilliance.com.

I ordered an engagement ring from Brilliance, over eight thousand dollars. The ring was custom built, it came out perfect, better than expected and after having it appraised it's even better than the certificate states.
I am very happy and my fiance is ecstatic with the ring. Dealing with Anthony C(my Brilliance rep) was also a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and professional. I had several bad experiences with other companies and other rings before going with Brilliance, so I was prepared for and expected a bad experience. After initially talking with Anthony, on the strength of him alone I decided to give Brilliance a shot, I'm glad I did! During the process I cynically thought that it was almost too good to be true, then I received the ring, it was so beautiful and so perfect that I would now recommend Brilliance(and Anthony C) to anyone.

I ordered a. 75 ct loose diamond from Brilliance for a replacement stone for my wifes wedding ring.

I ordered my fiancee's engagement ring from Brilliance, and first I would like to say the customer service was amazing! They kept me up to date with the order, and production. The quality of the Diamond was breath taking! Her Doctor friends were all impressed with the Marquise cut diamond that I got her., which was a rare cut diamond! Brilliance had a great selection of diamonds, and they offer customized settings to fit the diamond, which i used with the Marquise. I'm very happy!

I ordered a Square Contour Solitaire Engagement Ring in Yellow Gold and a Petite Scallop Diamond Wedding Ring with Brilliance. I was very happy with the customer care. Natasha was so kind and patient with me in helping me change my order couple of times. I had to wait for 6 weeks for the rings, but I must say that it was worth the wait. The rings are amazing and love the making. They are brilliant and elegant. Love the team at Brilliance for making me such beautiful rings. I recently helped my son purchase a loose diamond from Brilliance for an engagement ring. I'm always a little cautious about making such a big purchase, sight unseen, on line, but the process was wonderful and Natasha took care of us every step of the way. She found us the perfect stone and was so patient as my son looked at the different options.
