I cannot be more pleased with the stone we bought off of brilliance.com! At first I was kind of leery about spending $5,000+ for a stone off of a website, but I was quickly reassured by my team, Meagan and Jonathan.
They talked me through the purchase, and continued to follow up with me, even providing their cell numbers. I was impressed with how professor they were, yet they took the time to make me feel special.
My stone took about 6 weeks to get to me, as it was overseas.

I had a great experience with the customer service team at Brilliance. I had ordered a loose diamond some time ago from a separate source and Brilliance had the setting I wanted. After some minor technical difficulties, Meagan really came through for me. Overall, experience couldn't have been better. I've had problems in other areas concerning online orders and I've never had the level of customer service that I received from Brilliance. If anyone is having any issues with this company, I'd suggest that you just give them a call with your order number or request and I'm 100% confident that they will set you straight in the most professional and polite way possible!
Anthony Cappola helped me throughout the entire process. They were able to custom make a ring and have it delivered in a week and a half which normally takes 5 weeks, UNBELIEVABLE. I received the ring a day prior to my request, opened the box and the ring was REMARKABLE. I gave the ring to my wife for our 20th Wedding Anniversary, she LOVED IT! Searched for years to find (upgrade) wife's original radiant cut diamond engagement ring, and finally found the perfect setting. Shipped her ring under their insured service and reset was beautiful. All went flawless, and was updated all through process, as to reset and delivery dates. Never received and answering machine or was put on hold as to questions. 0nly problem experienced was engraving wasn't accomplished, which I can have redone at another time. Great quality at very good prices. I will use them again!

I want to start off by saying I almost never write reviews… However these guys and gals deserve it because they did such a great job on my ring!
To make a long story short, my boyfriend of 6 years and I decided to get engagement (and married) in May. We originally tried shopping locally but with the pandemic and store closures in our area we quickly felt going online would save us a lot of money and be safer.
A cousin of mine suggested another online retailer that starts with a ‘B' and we found a stunning ring design and center diamond. Right before we were about to complete our order a family friend suggested we try Brilliance.com and see what they have to offer.
While I was apprehensive at first I contacted one of their experts and immediately felt at home. Beyond helping me choose a nicer (and larger) center diamond they were able to custom design a ring which saved me an additional 30 over the other online retailer (plus it has a couple of unique design features that no one has).
When I got the ring I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. All my family members absolutely love my ring and I am the envy of all my friends.

From beginning to end, I had the help of a representative throughout the entire process. My representative helped with finding the exact color, size, and shape of ring. I was previously having a hard time finding the right setting I wanted for the engagement ring but these guys could design your concept to exactly what you want. They have a team of designers that will alter the design if it doesn't suit you. I wish only all company's had this type of service when ordering. I would strongly recommend nd will use these guys again for jewelry purchases.

Wife and I ordered a Meteorite ring. The first one had some rusting issues which was quickly resolved with a replacement ring. The new ring has been great this past year, very good quality and very comfortable. Always gets questions and looks from the boys. Also there lifetime policy is great for when my ring size may change. Great customer service and quick delivery!
