I was planning on giving my wife a very Special ring for our 25th Anniversary, after visiting all of the online sites and stores in San Diego and Los Angeles CA. I contacted Brilliance, Anthony Cappola was the sales person that contacted me and I told him what I was looking for, I still had a full year to make my mind on the right diamond, for the whole year Anthony kept sending me different stones that met my desires. I went on a trip to Hong Kong, India and Dubai one month before our Anniversary and I look for Diamonds while we wore there to compere prices and I still came back and bought a 6+ Carat round diamond from Brilliance. After I made my mind, my 25th Anniversary was in 4 days Anthony and Jonathon went the extra mile to make sure I had it on my hand on that Special day. I really appreciate everything they did to make my dream of giving my wife a very Special gift for our 25th Anniversary a reality, It's not easy to spend over $100K with out seeing the diamond first, but I trusted Anthony and it paid off big time. Brilliance did an amazing job on my wedding rings and got them to us in time for the wedding. Even though both rings were heavily customized they rushed both rings to us and made our date!

Knowing these rings are made right in their workshop and they back each product with a lifetime warranty was a huge selling point for me.

I was very nervous spending $$$$$ of dollars on something that you can't see or touch. The team at Brilliance put all my worries aside. I purchased both my engagement and wedding band for my wife through brilliance. The website was easy to navigate, being able to request video, images of hearts and arrows, etc really helped make it simple for me. I found the stone I wanted, bought, and they held onto it for me until I found the band to match. I worked directly with a saleswoman who was very helpful and quick to respond. After the ease of purchase, the evaluation being 7k over what I paid, and happiness it brought my wife, it was a no-brainer to return for a matching wedding band.

For me getting engaged was a snap My girlfriend knew the ring style she wanted and it was super easy to work with Brilliance and their experts. However, when our wedding got closer I started to panic. I never wore a ring before and I didn't want to wear a band that looked like my Fathers (no offense Dad!). Because I was so satisfied with my ring experience with Brilliance they were my first call. When I expressed my concern on the band style with Jonathon (my expert) he opened up a world of styles from Meteorite to Wood Inlays. I zeroed in on a Cobalt ring with meteorite inlay and a red wood sleeve. It took about 3 weeks to make as it was custom but I was completely blown away when I got it.The ring is so unique and is a conversation started everywhere I go. I searched many sites and stores looking for an engagement ring. I came across Brilliance and was pleasantly surprised with the price, quality, and support provided by the staff. Erin especially. She answered all my questions promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. Never once was I pressured to make a purchase or did she try to sell me anything. She just made the whole process easy. Oh and the site is very easy to use. Highly recommended!
