My first Meyers lemon tree took a tour of the U. S and took over 2 weeks to receive. This was an error on Fed Ex. Brighter blooms stepped right in after I contacted them. They quickly got a replacement tree out the door. It shipped from NC according to tracking. This tree was very likely in great shape when it left. It arrived in about 5 days and all the foliage was pretty much dead. The leaves were all crispy and dry. At this point I think the tree will be ok. But it will lose all its foliage. I think part of the issue is that the leaves really need humidity and moisture and the shipping times without that humidity and moisture causes this. As I said this is a replacement tree. I still have the old one as well. I'm gonna try and nurse these to trees back to good health. They should hopefully be much better into late spring early summer. Customer service was great! This peticular tree seems to have a hard time with the shipping.
Between order an delivery was 4 days. Trees came in prestine and in great condition.

The original plant sadly died. The plant received looks healthy and hopefully will flourish.

It looks like someone took scissors and cut a part of the leaves it does not look healthy I've just had it for three days now it did not arrive looking healthy.
Our Gala Apple tree came fast. It's a very long sticklike tree which is why I gave it 4 stars. We ordered in winter plus you can't fit branches in the box so I get it. I just hope it grows.
Will see when it gets here... Way better than I thought they would be when the plants got here. They were leafy green and with plenty of moisture. Well packaged.

Couldn't image it's that smooth if I haven't experience it, plants are well boxed and shipping was fast, 5 stars.
Although four or fie of the branches were broken off, the plant is doing VERY well and has leaves sprouting out all over! So far, so good! (haven't planted it yet)
