The plants I want in stock. This year I was able to find everything I wanted at Brighter Blooms. The plants arrived quickly and in great shape. I think this will be my go to place.
The avocado tree arrived well packaged, with the expected height, and with a good number of leaves and branches. The website was easy to use and had helpful info about each tree. A few things could be improved. I wish the shipping was faster... the tree spent 7 days in a box and appeared dried out by the time it arrived, with some wrinkled leaves that later dropped. Hopefully it'll recover. Also, the soil had many insects, not ideal if you want to grow the tree indoors. The root/soil ball was too loose to hold itself together... this is not a bad thing, since avocado trees need well draining soil... I just wish the instructions had explained how to safely remove the tree from its original container for repotting/planting without the ball falling apart. I ended up cutting the container and reaching my hands into the bottom to support the ball while pulling it out. It mostly stayed intact.
I received with all leaves falling off the stems. I have planted them without any leaves on the plant and waiting for new buds to come up

Quality trees ( in my case), and they arrived safe and sound after traveling across the Continent. Also, the information provided will hep with care of the trees in this neck of the woods.
The trees were in fine shape and the product was shipped without a problem. I like that I can plant the titan boxwoods in cold weather. Maintenance is very little.
Product and items were as advertised. Only issue that I had was that 3 of the 8 branches were snapped during shipment. Or some where along the line.
I received the shipment, my figs were packaged terribly and the box and figs were beat up. I was not happy, and the fig leaves look like they have rust. I contacted customer service a few times to make sure I was taking care of my new fig trees correctly, and customer service was great. So it was a mixed experience

This is my first time shopping here and it was easy to search for what I was looking for. The prices are a bit high, but I am hoping that the trees I received will be worth it. I am waiting for Spring to plant them outdoor. They are doing good indoors so far.
Order came on 2 different delivery dates without informing me. Truly embarrassing as I was given 1 delivery date but come to find out my order was delivered 1 week and another week or two later.
I knew the 1 gallon Shi Shi Camellias would be small plants, but I expected that they would have more than 2 or 3 puny branches. I paid $165 for 5 plants that were ridiculously tiny, with one of them so small (with the roots hanging out), I had to put two plants together to make it even look like a plant! Absolutely NOT a good value for the money and I will never shop Brighter Blooms again because of this.
