Arrived carefully packaged. Gorgeous rose tree. Planted immediately and it's thriving!
Items were shipped in good time, however the packaging for both orders were damaged. One had no soil left in the container and the other shipment had broken branches - AND both had items floating around inside which was the cause of the damage.
We sent the lilac bush to my sister in memory of her daughter who had just died. I was NOT notified when it shipped so i could let her know it was coming and was from us. She was bewildered trying to think and find out who had sent it. If we could have put a little greeting or message with it, it would have saved her frustration.
Otherwise your company has been fine to deal with and we look forward to lovely blooms a couple times each year. Thank you! Dawn Weingartner

Easy to order, nice selection of products, free shipping is a big saver if you qualify. I bought a Gardenia tree and it was beautiful when arrived and is beautiful today. I also bought a small bag of the special potting soil for my Gardenia. I potted it so that I can bring it in during the cold winter here in NJ. There were instructions for ground planting and pot planting that were very helpful.
Ordering was easy enough. The condition of the (2) banana trees shipped to me were horrendous. I will never order from BrighterBlooms.com again.

Ordering and delivery was great. I ordered a 6' tree and paid $169. With shipping and tax I paid close to $300. I received a 6' stick. I called customer service and they refunded $80 toward my purchase. So excluding the product, it was all good. However, for the money, being disappointed is an understatement.
The trees arrived with broken limbs and missing leaves.

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%.
