Shipping was great and fast but the tree never recovered from the "shock" and we were denied a replacement because we didn't pay $40 fir insurance, but it sounds like they tell everyone that the trees are in shock from the time you receive them, until they area planted and they will "perk back up". Well the tree was a gift for our neighbors daughter and its officially dead and now has caused some awkwardness between us and our neighbors. Also we bought the 2nd to biggest tree and its literally the Charlie Brown Xmas tree. I think its awful they wouldn't repalce it when we sent pics in 3 days after we have planted it.

Easy to order products. And arrived in a timely fashion and in great shape.
On the initial, first order with Brighterblooms, i did not get the strawberry bush, lemon bush and the blackberry bushes were tiny. Upon complaint, they sent me out almost immediately the strawberry bush and it is in the ground and growing. The lemon bush took near 3 weeks to get and after numerous follow ups they finally sent it last week. I ordered a 3- gallon bush but what arrived was a 1 gallon smaller version. I sent in a complaint last Sunday (6/5) and am giving them time to make it right.

They easily replaced a bag of special soil that opened and spilled out in transit. I had another issue with two citronella plants which wer pretty much dead on arrival. I spoke to a customer rep on the phone who promised to send out replacements vut I got only 1 plant.

No problem getting the plant replaced I bought plants last summer but they didn't survive the winter I called and they sent me new and very healthy plants they look fantastic growing so well they are so much healthier than the ones I received last summer they look great no flowers yet but I can't wait for the flowers to come in there going to be beautiful

The ordering and delivery was fine, when i got my rosebush it looked a little beaten up but had some roses on it but I figured give it a few days and some sun and water. It got plenty of both and all the roses dropped off withoput blooming fully- so now Ijust have a stick with some green leaves.
The leaf tear and magnolia look great; however the apple tree came looking pretty droopy. Our tree installers thought it may survive but it's still very droopy abd many brown leaves
So far so good just waiting for the green giants to take, water daily
I planted the tree as soon as I received it and everyone of the leaves has fallen off. It has been watered twice a day since I planted it.
Purchased asian pear for over $100.00. Arrived with major black blotches on leaves. Through customer chat received replacement tree promptly. Not sure if original plague tree has affected my other plants. In the mean time, replacement tree of dubious quality. Don't dare plant in yard yet. It is in quarantine indoors, repotted, under ground lights. Time will tell.
