Would not take my $15 off code sent to me the day before. The plant was suppose to be a tree that had both lemons and limes, but was actually 2 small separate plants

It is difficult to rate until the bushes are in bloom. I am, however able to say, packaging was excellent, bushes appear healthy, root systems appear well cared for.

I bought a tree and lavender plant for my best friend who was killed in a car accident. I bought the tree for her husband and kids. They planted it together. Excited to see them next year. I'll be ordering more when I get to landscaping my entire yard.

Arrived packaged safely, plants looked a little shel shocked after the trip, but with a quick transplant into a larger pot, fresh acid loving soil, and water they sparked right back up!

Quick and easy…. First time having plants delivered to my front door! Great experience!

The bush came well packaged with instructions for planting. I am looking forward to having delicious blueberries soon.

This was a real nightmare because of the fact that the package was shipped by FedEx and, of course, as in many places in the US, the package did not come, lost or dumped somewhere. I indicated that the package was not received and BB issued an other package that arrived correctly. SO no problem with the ordering, we got exactly what we asked for, no problem with the quality of the products: they are growing in our garden: the no-no is the logistics chosen by BB to transport their products for delivery: very unprofessional and certainly detrimental to the reputation of BB (all our friends know that the first order from BB was NOT delivered!

I planted tree per instructions a few days after receiving. Leaves have not improved. Call you folks and sent picture of tree in ground. Was told to give tree some time. My concern was 30-day replacement or refund time but was told my situation was noted and I would be taken care of if no improvement.

The lime tree made a perfect gift and delivery was fast!

I think it was to hot in the delivery services vehicle when I unpacked it it fell apart fell out of its canister

I planted the rose tree, but it never did anything, it's just a dead stick.

My experience was terrible because the tree is dead.

I love my orange tree! It arrived quickly, the packaging was perfect and the tree was in great shape.

My order arrived by FedEx, which in my area, the WORST! But, the plants arrived with yellow leaves, black diseased stems, and the leaves looked like an insect snacked on them during the entire shipping process. I was very disappointed to say the least! I emailed the customer service and Julie had three Nikko Blue Hydrangeas shipped to me the very next day! Julie's attention to the matter and fast service to make sure I received what I wanted and had paid for made me a believer.

I ordered six vines of two varieties. One of the six was dead on arrival. Sent a photo of the problem and with a phone call received the price of one plant back as they were out of stock and would not substitute.

Loved browsing options for a new bush where an old one had faltered. Found what I wanted for very warm growing zone.
