Butterfly bushes and hydrangea arrived with sorry blooms and broken branches. Poor things just looked sad.

I found that buying directly from BrighterBlooms.com to be more expensive than buying through Home Depot. The trees are shipped from the same place and the BrighterBlooms site has more to offer.

My dogwood tree took a long time to get to me after shipping. It arrived with white fungus on 3/4 of the leaves and roots that did not look robust. The company offered suggestions about how to treat the fungus and also assures me it will work with me if it fails to thrive within 30 days. Not sure about the outcome but for the price, I don't think the tree should have these initial problems.

Was kept up to date on delivery. Plant very well packaged. Delivery on time.

My son really wanted a kiwi plant, so I did some research and found out that I can grow a hardy type in Nevada! We were excited to get it, and planted it immediately.

Too many plants stuffed in one box, falling out of there containers even though they were tied into them. Very dry and the one wallow plant was very small

I research plants that would work in a semi-shaded area for Chicagoland area unfortunately the red twig dogwood that I purchased has not been a good fit. One is thriving but the other three are dying. I'm not sure what my next step is but this is not acceptable.

The plant was very expensive for its size. It was not very healthy when it arrived.

The hydrangeas that I ordered were literally delivered dead. My landscaper looked at them and said they were not salvageable and that they were worthless. I tried to plant them and the fully died within about 48 hours. Biggest waste of money.

Both lemon and lime tree where shipped quickly and package perfectly. Very satisfied with the product and the quality of the trees.

I will say, there are many varieties to choose from in regards to trees, shrubs and plants. I'm not sure why they don't schedule arrival times better. My tracking showed it should arrive on a Sunday? I don't know the hours of operation for the shipping company, but it appeared they don't do deliveries on Sundays. My tree and ornamental grass were delivered all dried out and the leaves crumbled off the branches. The tree was planted immediately and appears to be growing new buds, so I'm crossing my fingers it continues to make progress. The jury is still out on the ornamental grass. I imagine from now on, I'll just have to buy locally.

Ordering online was great. When the tree arrived it was dry, the leaves had fallen off in the box. We planted it anyway and are keeping it watered, but it's not thriving.

Fantastic experience! New tree came perfectly preserved in the packaging. Not even as much as a wrinkled leaf. Arrived very quickly.

One of my 3 Boxwood plants has died. I kept them together and watered as indicated.

One tree was received on time, but the other tree was not delivered until 4 days late & on Sunday when we were out of town.

A beautiful healthy tree was delivered. This was a gift for my sister-in-law and she was thrilled. It was a good sized, nicely shaped tree. Just what she wanted.

I ordered couple roses. They arrived a little sad and droopy, but quickly perked out once I took them out of the package and watered. They are blooming and growing quite fast, so I am very happy with my purchase.
