The leaves on my pear tree were pretty droopy when I unpacked it. Figured it was just from a voyage. Planted in a large container on my deck and plan to keep it small. Since then, many leaves have died. Feels early for that. I've been keeping it properly watered (I have a meter and test it daily). Not exactly sure what's going on. Hoping it'll bounce back!

I ordered red and yellow rose trees to honor our deceased parents. When I planted them I tilled the flower bed several times adding peat moss and other additives to improve the soil quality. When I was done I planted the roses per the instructions and they look like wildfire refugees. I am hopeful that they come back to full life one is showing great potential.

The tree arrived in great condition, it took one day to come out of shock and is now thriving. BrighterBlooms is definitely my go to for future purchases.

The bushes arrived very well packaged. They were taller then I expected, very full and healthy.

First order was lost. You replaced it and it arrived on time. I ordered 2 avocado trees on my 3rd order and the 2/3 foot one is dying. The smaller one it was packaged with is ok, but I would like a replacemet for the larger avocado tree.

Very easy and amazing choices. Exactly as described online. Came perfectly packaged. Lemon lime bush already had 3 lemon or limes growing. Banana tree is growing so fast! And Pindo palm is planted and thriving!

The way they packed the tree was amazing, it was delivered in good condition.

Overall we were satisfied with the trees that came in. They were in good shape and ready to be planted. We put one in the ground and the other in a large 10 gallon pot. Let hope that they do good and continue to grow. It has been 2 weeks since we received them and they have already gotten new growth in leaves. However, I will say don't buy the fertilizer or any other things that they supplied with it because they were literally the size of flower salts, not nearly enough to feed the trees for $20 extra I thought I was getting a better bigger bag. But over all the trees were good.

I ordered a banana tree, and it didn't do well. I called customer service, and I received a refund.

I had ordered two separate trees sent to two separate people and both arrived safely.

I purchased a 5-6 ft vanilla strawberry tree. A few branches broken but so far good. I will update after 1year.

Not sure how long to wait and also don't want to hurt the bark to see if it is still alive. French $#*! willow and wild Rose both have 10-20 leaves.

These trees arrived A LOT smaller than expected. Sparse and skinny. Disappointed

Tree arrived beautiful. We are now into week 4 since planting. I believe tree has slowly gone into shock. We are hoping she will come around and be as beautiful as when it arrived.
