I sent a tree to my son but the price seemed a little out of line to me. Also, I thought I had ordered a Qumquat/Kumquat but the tree was something else though similar. Maybe I made a mistake when ordering? Anyway, it was a nice tree, just kind of pricey in my opinion.

Just recently got into gardening and i had so many questions and details to be explained. Kind of ashamed to admit that but i was in a great need of consulting someone within the field and the assistant did a wonderful job and clarifying some blurry details on flowers planting. THX
My plants were delayed for two weeks by FedEx. Not the fault of brighter blooms. I fully expected dying plants but was pleasantly surprised! My plants arrived in beautiful condition due to the expert packaging.
I ordered 3 trees from Brighter Blooms. The first order was damaged by Fedex and never delivered. Brighter Blooms immediately sent another order. When 2nd order arrived I was home. When Fedex opened the van, my order was lying flat on the floor with other boxes having fallen on top, one end was partially crushed. The driver had to hold up some of the boxes while I pulled my order out from underneath. I was worried that this order would also be damaged but upon opening it everything was fine, only some missing leaves. I can only attribute its survival to the care that Brighter Blooms took in packaging. To sum it up, Brighter Blooms is fantastic, Fedex is the worst.
I was not home when they were delivered. Someone... either the driver or my husband had the box standing upright... of course my husband feigned innocence... fortunately the plastic they were enclosed in lessened the damage. They are in the ground now and sprouting a few leaves. Can't wait to see how they''ll look come summer.
I have received the lemon lime tree as a replacement to the original one that didn't do too well. The customer service was wonderful and provided me with a credit and I was happy to be able to re-order the same tree which is now thriving!
Concerns with the health of one of the plants I ordered. The plant in the first delivery did not survive the shipping. Customer service was great and they shipped a replacement plant right away. The replacement plan fared a little better but I have concerns about this plant surviving as well.
Despite delivery delays due to COVID and the ice storm the staff from Brighter Blooms were more than helpful and ensured that my plant would be replaced if it did not survive. Fortunately the plant arrived in perfect condition and was healthy and happy! Very impressed with the company and their customer service.

Never heard of such a thing. I sent photos of my pitiful money tree the day it came (In my opinion —dead) in the mail. I was told to give it 3 to 4 weeks to come out of the shock. I have two more weeks to go to see if it comes out of the shock. The leaves totally died and fell off and the trunk of the plant is all withered looks like the skin is falling off. I don't know if this waiting is a delay tactic, or that they know it will come back. I am just shocked that I paid over $90.00 for a dead, or dying money tree plant. I had hoped they would have replaced it totally free when I shared it's very poor condition.
It's very common for plants to arrive with shipping shock and they may even drop leaves as a result of this. The good thing is that they almost always come out of it and push out new growth within just a few weeks. We appreciate you giving the plant some time and assure you that we'll replace it if it does not recover!
I called to have a plant replaced that had died within a week or two of receiving & planting it. I sent images, as requested, to show how it looked. Your BrighterBlooms person, Roger Chase, said I needed to purchase a warranty and then a new replacement plant would be sent. I was charged for a warranty?- then was never told I would be refunded & had to re-order on my own. So, Since 4/13/2020, I have never received a new plant, nor a refund. My husband spke to your rep today & they said a refund for the plant would be credited to our account, but not the warrany amount of $6.51. Why? I've been a good & loyal customer & this is what I get?
I have purchase about 4 or 5 trees from fast growing trees.com. All of them except one have died. I wanted to try a different company so I tried brighterblooms... I didn't realize it's the same company. Lo and behold this tree looks as if it's about to die as well. Unbelievably frustrating. I planted it with the special soil and booster they recommended and it still looks in bad shape.

Thought would be delivered later but gift orders are delivered immediately. Did not let me know that and was delivered too early for planting season.

Plant shipped and arrived pretty quickly but was very damaged and in rough shape. Honestly surprised with the low quality given the price.
