My shipping was delayed for about over a week due to national snowstorm, but all of them arrived still alive! Except one, only because the soil was leaking out of the plastic bag leading the root to dry out. I planted 9 of 10 from my order and made a full of 60 feet line of 9 one feet tall each. I hope they will be thriving after two weeks since planted.

Shopping for the plant was an excellent & seamless experience. The plant itself had about 5 branches that snapped during shipping and had a couple of leaves that had been eaten. Other than that the plant is amazing and healthy.

I've wanted to order a citrus cocktail tree ever since I knew they existed. I've finally purchased one and I've only had it for a couple of weeks and it is thriving. I've got leaves and flowers already. I'll have to update you when I get my 1st fruit. Received it in great condition and within 2-3 days.

Lemon tree came in great shape!

Dead tree

The customer service has been great, I gave my wife a dead tree for valentine's day. Talk about the worst gift ever, I was asked to wait 3 weeks to confirm that it is dead. I have worked landscaping for many years, I know a dead tree when I see one.

Wrong time

I expected my trees in Spring. They are in bad shape. All leaves dry and falling off. I have to supplement light. I'm not happy.

I made an additional purchase and neglected to add the 1 year warranty at the time of purchase. I called in to verify that the warranty could be added and the individual assisting me was quite helpful, knowledgeable, patient and assisted me with a couple other questions as well. We have been purchasing from the company for the past few years and have never had a negative experience.

My BrightBlooms Order

The staff was very helpful when I requested to add another plant to an existing order I made a day earlier. Plants came well secured in thick carton boxes and most importantly the order came on time. This helped me plan my planting schedule since I wanted to put them into the ground asap.

Has Avocado tree

My tree arrived sooner than expected, that great. It was packaged very well in a heavy cardboard container made for tall plants. The tree itself was in good condition. Two weeks later some of the leaves have fallen off but this is to be expected as it acclimates, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
