I received my limelight hydrangea tree within a few days of ordering it. It was extremely well packaged and in great condition. It is now planted in its new home and leafing out like crazy. I would definitely buy from you all again!
The products came in not good shape, they were broken up
I have a contact but tried to log in five times, it would send me to am I a robot I answered all the question and when I hit continue it sent me back to the log in page. Did this five times, finally just went like I did not have account. Very poor log in page
I ordered two orange trees, one 3-4ft ad one 4-5 feet. I am very happy with the smaller one; it has some good side growth on it. The taller one... not so much. It's basically just the main trunk and that's it. There are no side brances; it looks like a tall leafy stick. I'm hoping it fills out in time, especially as this one is a gift. That aside, the price was good and the shipping was very fast. I would order again.
Not worth the price! Upon arrival when I opened the box, it had about 3 leafs on it. The other leaves were laying in the box. Those 3 leafs fell off within 5 days. It appears I purchased more like an avacado stick instead of a plant. Not what I expected especially for the price.
I called and was told to report on the website customer service. I did that and uploaded pictures which took a lot of time. Later I got a email stating I needed to send pictures, though I had already uploaded them so I sent pictures and heard nothing back. Weeks went by and I finally called them. They are replacing the tree. The "replacement" tree arrived, and low and behold, it was not the correct tree. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I had taken the day to be able to get it planted and it isn't the right tree. I called customer service and sent in a "tag" online. Once again, the pictures I uploaded did not transfer thus I recommend they check their system as to upload them two different times, different pics and have them not arrive, seems their system may have issues. They will send me "the correct tree" again... we shall see. At this time I am not feeling too excited about Brighter Blooms.

The trees arrived healthy but very small, from previous experience with same trees at Brighter Blooms. I hope the trees will fruit this year, the lemon tree has maybe ten leaves and no branches. Disappointed for the price and previously being overall very satisfied.
My Avocado tree arrived on time and in as good a condition as could be expected. I repotted ( soil was loose from travel anyway). Trimmed a few lower leaves to relieve stress.
It was watered well and has regained stem rigidity.

I placed my first ever order with Blooms last month. I ordered a butterfly bush and a rose. They arrived in a tall, narrow box - about 6' long and maybe 15"x15" wide. Both plants were inside with nothing separating them. One of the 15" sides said "THIS SIDE UP," but it didn't make a whole lot of difference, because the plants had been sliding back and forth in transit - with the butterfly bush on the bottom. When the box arrived, the rose was in pretty good shape, but there wasn't much to the butterfly bush.

Received tree in excellent condition. I got the one for $50. The little thing has a good root system. Has taken off with the new leaves.
Just went through the ordering process. So far so good.
They arrived on time, I was concerned of the color of the leaves but Brighter Blooms sent me an email stating that was due to being in a dark box. I check on them everyday to make sure they are still alive, so far they are doing good. They were planted as instructed now we need for our weather to cooperate, calling for sunshine for the next 7 days. I hope to see beautiful flowers this summer.
