Received 2 trees. One with broken branches and no suggestion on what to do with is from the company and the other was fine. Will watch to see how they grow now. Kind of disappointed.

Great information about what the trees will produce and what grows well in our area. Great web site. We have used other web sites to purchase trees and literally received an 8" stick. We took a leap of faith and, my goodness, how happy we were when we received the trees. We quickly planted the fig tree and the D'Anjou pear tree and they are both thriving and growing like crazy. I know they will be great fruit producers and will always only use Brighter Blooms to purchase our trees from now on.

No problems. The trees were well packed and Undamaged.

Plant arrived in perfect condition. I actually purchased it as a gift to friends.

My bush came with one of the four main stems broken. The response I got from customer service was "it'll be ok."

When my trees arrive it is beyond exciting for me! I haven't experienced any issues so far and it's been bout 3 weeks. They have beautiful new growth!

Our peach tree came intact. It's about four feet tall and was not damaged. Good looking tree.

This site was really day to use. I loved that it told me the planting zone that worked for me.

Delivery was late. Cusco had winter boxwoods for 17.00 dollars same size in 3 gal box. I thought boxwoods specially the last order were small.

Great trees. Fast shipping. Outstanding customer service. We've ordered from them several times and have always been completely satisfied.

All the plants were out of the pots, potting mix was retained in bags though. Cardboard insert did little to stabilize plants. There was to much room left in box, if plants were packed closer they would not have moved as much. It is difficult to control what the third party shipper does to the shipment. But 1.00 worth of air bags would have prevented this from happening. I have spend 18 years shipping live tropical fish, reptiles, and aquatic plants and I appreciated every bit of feedback I was given. Plants are doing well. I am satisfied ansd will purchase again. I paid for the most expensive option, more than the price of a 5gal root ball, was expecting MY rootball even bigger and the fig tree way thicker and more mature. Didnt know I paid so much for just a skinny branch probably about a year old? And root ball size about 1 gallon? :(

According to FedEx tracking, the order spent over 36 hours in Portland, it could have been delivered at least a day earlier and even with arrows clearly indicating which way was UP, the package was standing on end, one or three plants was upside down, I don't remember which.

Received healthy tree, excellent condition. Great experience on website.

My tree came perfectly packaged and already blooming. It was in great shape and was just as advertised. My ornamental grasses also came packaged well and in grwat shape. Everything is planted and will be looking to purchase from here again.

Experience was excellent from finding my product, ordering it and receiving it. They kept me informed on when shipment would occur and during shipment. Bush exceeded my expectations!
