It may have just been FedEx but my plant arrived two weeks after it was shipped and it was dead. Brighter Blooms was nice about it and did provide a refund but I'm not sure that I would order again based on this experience.

I ordered these trees for our backyard. They were in good shape when they came. After watering them for 2 days we planted them. They are doing well.
Was disappointed with the condition of my trees when they arrived. BrighterBlooms explains that there will be some shedding during shipping so I did expect that. I ordered 2 emperor Japanese maples. The top 12" was snapped off one of them most likely because they put it in a box that was too small with another plant. The leaves of the other tree are in pretty rough shape - if the leaves are in the shape they state because of the "shedding" BrighterBlooms explains happens during shipping then they are seriously underplaying the amount of shedding happens. The leaves are either broken, chunks missing and looked like bugs were having a feast. I guess I was expecting the packaging to be better for what seems like a vulnerable sprout.
The shrubs I ordered arrived in good condition thanks to excellent packaging.
If I had gone to a nursery I would not have picked this tree. The shape of the tree is very awkward. It should have been pruned back much earlier. My husband says that as long as it produces figs I should not worry about the shape. I am disappointed with this tree mostly because this is the second fig tree we ordered from Brighter Blooms and the first one is lovely. In all fairness, the tree did arrive with bright green young leaves which have grown in the week since its arrival and it is healthy. It was not damaged during transport and we were made aware of its arrival date. We'll give it love and prune it in the fall.

The website was easy to navigate, and the website had great descriptions of the plants. When the plants arrived (I ordered 3 fig trees, a camellia bush and a frost free gardenia bush) they were healthy and beautiful!
I purchased a tree for some clients who bought a new home. It was delivered before the original anticipated delivery dates which was somewhat nice, but it was short notice (& ON Easter Sunday- which was a little odd). These folks live off the beaten path, so I was worried about the delivery finding their house, but they did, & my clients were over the moon with it!
The plants are smaller than expectations. Couple are right size and others are not the same. Disappointed the overall look of the plants size for the price paid. Another hardware store has better looking plants
