Very pleased with the product and the price. The product came in in a timely manner.

Large tree bought, when received the tree was heavily damaged in shipment. I contacted but no reply to contact. I planted the tree, but it is at least a foot smaller because top was broken off along with several limbs. Will not but again!

Love the plants I receive from Brighter blooms. So far, this jasmine is like the others. Can't wait to see it blooming!

The plant arrived in great shape. It is slightly smaller than I had anticipated, plus I was disappointed that it didn't arrive already potted. I am sure I missed this in the description, but I do wish it had been more noticeable that the plant would arrive in a plain plastic container rather than the nicer, decorative container that I also bought for the plant.

I bought, all I saw was quick shipping. I didn't know it would arrive when it was time to plant in my zone, which is a nice detail on their part but it should be an option. I could have kept them inside. The shipping company doesn't pay any attention to the instructions on the box. It was tossed all around. By the time I got it it was a mess. Branches broken and leaves were wilty and spotted brown. Don't think I will be ordering from them again.

The boxes the plants came in were not handled correctly and the plants were crushed together with broken stems

Brighter Blooms delivered just what was advertised. It was easy to order and delivered on time and in good shape.

Trees arrived mostly healthy. A week layover in the Mid-west due to weather probably didn't help them. But, they are planted and hoping to see recovery.

All four roses arrived in good condition and were delivered within days of my order. They were also of equal size and quality which made arranging them in the garden easy. All have been planted and have begun to leaf out.

I received my trees but they were wilted really bad, I took pictures of them and sent to the company, to this day all they are is a stick with no leaves.

Not at all impressed with the size or quality of the plants I bought, nor the packing for shipment. The $50 Clematis was all of 3 inches tall and looks like a dying weed. 2 other plants were packed smashed down on top of clematis no doubt killing what was already an extremely tiny plant. The only good thing I can say about that was that the finally refunded my money after I threatened to stop payment on my entire $300 order. The other 2 flowering vines I bought were also half the size and twice the cost of the same thing I can get from Lowe's or Home Depot locally. In addition to that, I planted them immediately over 3 weeks ago and they have barely grown while my other locally bought plants are thriving. The 4-5 foot tree I bought was really 3 feet tall. This was my first order from BrighterBlooms and I can guarantee I'll never buy from them again.
