Customer service was excellent. Had to change my order the day before my order was due to ship because I found out the trees I ordered were toxic to dogs. Bad on me for not researching in depth prior but the customer service was outstanding. My original order as cancelled/refunded and the customer service rep helped me order the replacement dogwood trees at the same time. Order arrived about 4 days later, planted and looking amazing.
I thought the description said 2' - 3' Must have misread if was more like 3 inches. Very dry and limp. Luckily we are well versed in caring for banana "trees" and have nursed it back.

Was easy, and able to get the tree to my friends house fast and easy
This was a replacement for a cherry tree that arrived last year that was in terrible condition, lose from its pot, most soil spilled out.
This frost proof gardenia was to use the credit received but had to pay for shipping so this little tree was way overpriced but there was nothing else we wanted.
The little frost proof gardenia arrived in good shape but immediately started to drop its leaves and continues to do so today. I hope we don't lose it.

Some plants were poorly shaped and small for the price.
Trees arrived in good shape, the smaller pots were a little crushed so I had to transplant those immediately. The trees and plants I have purchased from BrighterBlooms always arrive in good shape and thrive once they acclimate to the proper environment.
Suggestion: Although every shipping comes with generic instructions to let the tree/plant acclimate and how to plant it would be nice to get care instructions, suggested fertilizer, etc. specific to the plant or tree you purchased.
I Have been ordering from brighter blooms for years. Every time I've ordered some thing that comes quickly and in the healthy state. Very very happy with fried or blooms and will continue to use them in the future.
I was worried about ordering live plants from website but was pleasantly surprised
Ordered my mom a lemon and lime tree over two months ago. The lime tree was delivered so late and wasn't the size I ordered. The lemon tree is STILL missing in action. Hasn't shipped? No updates what so ever. Next to impossible to get an actual customer service person on the phone. My mom has cancer and lemons are the only thing that makes her food taste good. No sister and I wanted her to have her own lemons and limes to look forward to. Because she is confined to her home, alone. We can't see her... because her immune system is compromised - never mind in a pandemic. You sent the Card with only half the order — which explained why she was getting a lime AND A LEMON tree — except only one showed up. This was supposed to be a special gift - and she read the card so excited. Only to be just as confused as I am about this company. Awful. So wildly upset with this entire experience. This company is not what it seems. Do not do business with them. I never will, ever again.
