I was hesitant to buy because it was online. The trees arrived fast and in perfect condition. I am happy I ordered online and not at a local nursery because I saved a ton.

The plants arrived in great shape, packaging was super!

Fast shipping and a great product. The instructions made it easy. It's been about 3 weeks or so and it has sprouted leaves that are already a couple of inches long.

Ordering was easy and when the shipping was delayed I called customer service and they were able to give me more exact dates.

Of the 3 I purchased one was good. A second looked sad but may bounce back. The third was dried out trash that hasn't changed and looks like it won't survive.

One of my trees came damaged, it looks like it may bounce back so we will go ahead and plant it, I might be worried if I didn't have the warranty, but you can tell it was in good health before it shipped. The other 3 I bought came with no damage and look healthy. Overall I would purchase from brighterblooms.com again.

The plan we ordered was/ is beautiful and looks very healthy even after shipping half-way across the country in a box for 2 days. And all communications and steps in the ordering process were smooth and painless, was even notified of a delay in shipping due to colder temps in our area, but the plant was shipped on schedule according to the date in the first email, so even with the weather delays, everything was well communicated and executed.

My apple tree and hydrangeas came in great condition. Received a free jasmine plant so that was awesome. I planted them the next day and so far the plants are thriving! Will order again from this company.

We ordered a 4 variety cocktail tree and it came basically dead with only 3 different types instead of four. When we reached out they quickly sent us a new tree which is very much alive thankfully but only has two varieties. Why say it's a 4 variety cocktail tree and then not even pay attention to making sure it's actually has 4 different grafts? Makes no sense.

I had expected the tree to be much more branched out. It seemed as if it was over pruned when it came. Leaving only the few leaves that were on the main "trunk". I have had other people order from different places with much healthier looking trees. However this one was still okay and I hope it stays alive :)

Delivery took a bit longer than anticipated. But they arrived looking good

We ordered 3 Japanese Maple Bloodgood trees. Over $220! They arrived in two tube-like boxes. When I opened the boxes, I couldn't believe my eyes. They were LITERALLY the size of the smallest diameter switches imaginable! They were too fragile to be planted but we had to, rather than run the risk of them dying. Everytime it storms, we are TERRIFIED that they won't make it and will be snapped in 1/2! One of the trees came in with several of their very dainty branches, broken. Overall, not impressed! Feel that they should have been bigger for the price.

I received all 14 shrubs in great condition. Planted them right away and they are currently thriving in their 3rd week.
