Key Lime branch broke

The trees arrived on time. Thank you. But the tallest branch on the Key Lime was broke about 8 inches down from the top. This is due to shipping but possibly packing them in sturdier packing so movement is minimal during shipping? They are planted good so far.

I ordered an olive tree as a gift for my brother who lives in another state. As far as I know, the tree arrived in great condition. Ordering on-line was super easy and I appreciated reading customer reviews about this item. Am super excited to see it for myself and will be thrilled once it bears him fruit as he and his wife adore eating olives! Seriously, though, who doesn't?! Never saw anything like this tree for retail before. In fact, I was extremely excited by the selection of trees and plants offered for sale by this company.

Was given a tree w significant damage And was NOT due from shipping. The tree was a gift for Father's Day and was given a tree that had a hole 2/3rds through. You can tell it was damage that happened awhile ago as the tree was starting to heal over. Hopefully the tree will survive and bloom.

Died within 3 days of arrival

This is my second meyer lemon purchase from Brighter Blooms- my first one is amazing and thriving. My newest one came looking very sad and within 3 days had died even after following all instructions and after my successful other one. Sad about the tree and sad about how much it cost ($100) to just die right away

When I called because of the brown wilted rose buds, I was told it had no sunlight while being shipped. I was told to plant it and see how it does. It is doing well now.

Maples & Ruby Falls Red Bud Tree

Everything was great-just a bit disappointed in the maple tree. The graph is terrible looking and the tree was very small and not in the best shape. I had to wait a bit to put it in the ground-due to its health and the late frost we received in this area.

Ginko Tree

The 5 boxwoods came through in great shape. Nice size and well protected in shipping carton.
The Ginko tree had some issues with several of the small branches being broken. And the "leader branch" was bent down and broken. The tree also had several interesting bends in the trunk. Hoping it will look good once significant growth happens.

Arrived in poor condition

Plants took a long time to arrive. When they did they were very dry, wilted and had many dead runners on them. I think if order would have come sooner they would probably have been in better shape.
