Brighter blooms sent my order in great shape! When I was a plant short, they corrected the order promptly and courteously. The plants came in excellent shape and make a great addition my front garden as they took right to there new home! I am excited about the rest of spring and summer as they bloom and blossom! Purchasing online was easy. Just wish they did not ship via FedEx. I had to have it delivered to a friend's house because fedex has canes our town. I was afraid it would have arrived dead tomy house, or delivered to the wrong house.
Customer service was great! Received the order as promised. I'm not sure about my Oklahoma Redbud tree. It was totally bare. I'm going to wait for a couple more weeks to see if I get any buds or signs of life.

Ordering was very easy and the tree arrived healthy and in excellent condition. I would definitely order again!
Ordered 2 lime and 2 lemon trees/bushes. Arrived on time as promised. The two boxes were damaged in shipment. Took pictures with delivery person. After opening there were several small branches broken but the plants were moist and in good condition. Not enough damage for me to consider returning. Have been in the ground about 12 days and seem to be adjusting well.
My lemon tree I ordered is in excellent health and doing well. This is the second avocado tree I have purchased that has died. I have followed all of the instructions and taken every measure to protect and care for it, but the leaves dried up and it is almost completely dead after just a couple of weeks.
Two of the trees I ordered arrived battered but OK. The third could not have been in good shape when it was sent. Will be going back.

Trees arrived in good shape however roots were out of the soil, lying next to the soil in the burlap sack, planted according to directions using the special root treatment, Trees are not doing well, hope they snap out of it,

My Lady Banks rose arrived with dried out dirt and extremely wilted. It appears to have been recently chopped out of the ground with very few roots. Not enough to support the tall growth on the plant. I paid extra for the larger pot size. This rose was only in this pot long enough to ship it! Not grown in it. This is unacceptable for the price($120). This is really poor quality control. If seen like this in a store, I would not have bought it at any price! The vendor said it was common for their plants to look bad when received. They would not give me a refund. To date, the rose has not died but it is not growing either. This vendor is not to be trusted. I will never buy another of their products.
