Lingonberry

I ordered 4 Lingonberry plants. Three of them were good and stayed in their pots. One of them did not and my husband had to replant it back in it's pot. So far it looks ok. We shall see when I plan it if it lives.

Great Customer Service

My order arrived damaged and with very little stress, I was able to get a new plant shipped out immediately in great condition. There was no back and forth, run around. They were timely, super helpful and very nice about it. Excellent individuals working in customer service!

1st order compared to 2nd order

1st order came in, the plants were beautiful! So I decided to place a 2nd order and the plants weren't even close to the quality of the previous ones!

Someone is not telling the truth

First the positives: Good, clear detailed info on each tree's growing requirements. Clear description of plant size that will be shipped. Clear statement of shipping date. First shipment arrived with box for 6' weeping redbud broken in half —so was tree in the box. Rep from FasT Growing Trees called in response to my email to Brighter Bloom. Same company, operating under 2 names. Interesting because I had comparison price shopped both companies. Sent out a replacement tree that arrived in one piece. Second, the cons — pun intended. Descriptions claims "well-rooted trees" and doesn't mention bare-root stock. The redbud I received was a bare root tree stuck in a burlap bag of pine bark/potting mixture. The tree's roots had been trimmed back to about 6" length. Absolutely no roots anchoring tree in soil or signs of a rootball. Redbud was sent from South Carolina to North Carolina and had to have been in cold storage because it showed no bud break whereas the redbuds in my area were in full leaf. Either Brighter Blooms is conning their customers or some grower is conning Brighter Blooms. The dogwood I received was leafed out and had a "rootball"that would fit in a full 1 gallon container —but the dogwood was sold as a 5 gallon tree. So I got 1 gallon of roots and 4 gallons of new bark grow mixture. All in all, an expensive way to buy potting soil. Additionally, I don't like the high price/extra charge for plant warranty; to me this feels shady and makes me suspect that if warranty is not purchased, shipped plants might be of lesser quality. Overall, I do not recommend Brighter Blooms aka Fast Growing Trees and do not plan to purchase trees from them ever again.

Good, clear detailed info on each tree's growing requirements. Clear description of plant size that will be shipped. Clear statement of shipping date. The one thing I don't like is the high price/extra charge for plant warranty; to me this feels shady and makes me suspect that if warranty is not purchased, shipped plants might be of lesser quality.

First time problem

I received and planted 15 Red Ruffle Azaleas last year and all were in good shape upon receipt. This time I only ordered 4 but the trucking Company turned one box on its end, and one Bush slid on top the other Bush breaking off half of its branches. I think enough survived for it to survive, but it will develop slower than the other three

Good experience overall. My only complaint was that they stapled my blueberry plants to the box, and it was difficult to remove the plants. One bush was definitely cut up by the staples.

Japanese Maple

The tree arrived in great condition. I planted it the same day. It seems to be holding up ok. The branches are healthy pink, however, the leaves appear to be drying up. We have had some very warm weather recently (no rain) so I've watered a little extra today. I'm being careful not to over water it.

All three plants were tipped over in the box and a lot of the dirt came out. One of the plant containers was bent. Next time, plants should be packaged with a sturdy and firm divider so it stays safe during transportation.
The overall packaging was a mess. A lot of the leaves were bent and had fallen off because they were not in a good position

Easy site to navigate. Received very quickly once it was shipped. Tree was a beautiful specimen, about 5' tall and perfectly shaped. Very securely packed in a tall shipping box -- no soil spillage, no disrupted branches. Took it out of the box, gave it a good drink of water, and planted it a few days later. So far, so good! A very positive online experience.
