The tree arrived in excellent condition and promptly.
Delivery time longer than expected, so the plant was in the box longer than likely planned. Had a lot of leaf drop. The root ball was in soil in burlap, and wasn't very secure, kind of expected it would be more tightly planted in the burlap. Plant seems OK, but is very light on leaves, since it had so much leaf drop.
It arrived upside down with some leaf damage, but the terminal buds seem ok even though there was shipping damage. Seems to be a nice healthy tree otherwise.
Ordering was very easy and products were delivered within a reasonable amount of time. I was interested in ordering a sentry maple tree, but the shipping charge was so high I ordered two azaleas and received free shipping because of the total amount ordered!
The azaleas exceeded my expectations, beautiful plants! The tree was basically a stick with a couple of tiny branches with leaves. I Expected it to be "fuller" for the price, but hopefully it will look like a tree soon?
Did everything as instructed and bought the extras to help my trees thrive but they are dying.
I had inquired about a Weeping White Cherry Tree we had ordered that looked a little questionable (no root ball, just kind of fell out of the burlap sack), brighter blooms immediately sent a replacement tree and now it is thriving. We are very pleased with the whole experience and will continue our patronage!

A couple of items were missing from my original order but after a phone call these were immediately replaced. The representative was very pleasant and apologized for the mixup.
I ordered a rose tree and English ivy. The rose tree was amazing and in perfect condition. The English Ivy had xanthomonas hederae, basically black spot a bacteria on the leaves and they were not in very good condition. I treated the plants and after a week of care, they are doing fine. I was not very satisfied with the ivy.
I received my order and one plant was distressed and i planted them all and the dear nearly ate them all - so sad!
I received my redbud trees in a timely manner. They were well packaged when they arrived. The rising star redbud had leaves and I believe will be fine. However, the Oklahoma tree had no leaves and I believe will not make it. I believe it is dead. I did have a one-year guaranty on the trees so I probably will be contacting your customer service.
