Tree arrived in a timely manner, instructions were easy and the shape of the tree was as expected.
I already see blooming starting to occur. In the ground less than 2 weeks.
The King Crimson Maple arrived broken in 3 pieces due to shipping even though box was marked all over that it was a live tree and to keep flat. However that didn't happen so tree arrived damaged. I took pictures and uploaded to BrighterBlooms and they took care of it immediately. Second tree came undamaged and just as I had expected, BEAUTIFUL! I am so pleased with it and it is planted in front yard so I can watch it grow into a marvelous Crimson Maple.
Plant was delivered, some of the branches were already dead, I called customer service they advised I should remove the dead portion and it should be fine. I did as they advised and repotted it. Just waiting to see if it will flourish. I haven't seen new growth yet.

Was easy to shop on line and got a couple of plants I couldn't get elsewhere but sadly they arrived in extremely poor condition. Out of 3 I'm sure one will make it but the other two are struggling- pretty positive the mock orange isn't going to pull out of it - was wilted and very crispy critter like and hasn't turned around over the past 10 days:-(
They gave me a percentage refund but plants were not worth the price paid and I think the "dead" one should have been fully refunded.

The little plants were put in a very large container and we not secured. They had bounced around in shipment. A couple plants were bent.

I have had good success with all my plants purchased from Brighter Blooms. I ordered a Japanese cherry blossom tree and a cherry tree. The cherry tree came in a burlap sack. This was my first experience with a root ball. The tree looked a little sad on arrival. I planted it the next day and a day later the leaves were drooping. I watered it well and the leaves responded however it continued to do this. I looked up more information about planting with the burlap. I decided to replant it and cut quite a lot of the burlap away. Since then with good attention, the tree is a little happier but I still need to pay close attention.
I purchased 5-6 foot Thuja Green Giants for $129.99/EACH, but when they arrived- they barely measured 4 feet. In addition, my landscaper said that they will probably die because there was no root ball at all.

The ordering process was very easy and delivery time was fast. However, the items delivered were not in pristine shape and one tree arrived looking a bit worse for wear. I ordered two matching trees, but one is healthy looking full of leaves. The other is completely bare with no sign of life at this point.
So far, it has been straight forward and easy to navigate.
Shopping online with Brighter Blooms was so very easy. We selected our tree and it arrived within days. I was a little nervous because it didn't look great coming out of the box. But we followed the planting instructions and the tree has really come to life in just a few weeks! It's leaves are filling every branch. We are really happy with our purchase.

I purchased 4 trees of 6-7ft height, and they arrived on time, carefully packaged and in excellent condition. None of the trees were wilted, though one pot had burst from the root growth. They came attached to long wooden poles to guide their growth and prevent snapping, and two of the trees are currently planted as of writing.
I am very impressed with BrighterBlooms' quality compared to two other companies I ordered from last year, with genuine care put into the packaging and tree selection. Expect future purchases from me!

I ordered an avocado tree a year ago and it arrived in poor condition. I contacted Brighter Blooms and they replied that it should be okay. One year later the tree did not survive. I contacted Brighter Blooms and received a "store" credit. I ordered another avocado (larger size) paid difference and shipping. The tree arrived but is not in the best of condition. I have followed the planting instructions and hope the tree will survive.
