I ordered a jane magnolia, kim lilac bushes and snowball bushes, the plants arrived healthy and leafy... easy instructions and already new growth is apparent.
I want a refund. I have pictures of the 2 bougainvillea and how they arrived looking stressed and dry. I thought they would bounce back and now after 3 days most of the leaves and blooms have dried up and dropped off.

I first ordered two cherry trees and one of them died. I bought the warranty and they gave me a gift card for the purchase price of the tree. I went online to order the same tree less than a year later and it was almost twice the price I originally paid for it. I then decided to order two blueberry bushes instead because they were cheaper and one of the blueberry bushes died too.

Received a bare stick on April 25. Planted immediately. It looks the same as it did the day I planted it. A $200.00 stick in the ground. Not happy about it at this point. I am diligent about keeping it moist. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My lime arrived with one small branch bent but green and healthy looking. I transplanted to a new pot and it has been on my patio ever since! So far, so good!
