I want a refund. I have pictures of the 2 bougainvillea and how they arrived looking stressed and dry. I thought they would bounce back and now after 3 days most of the leaves and blooms have dried up and dropped off.

I ordered a lilac bush and 2 raspberry bushes. All three arrived severely stressed. I'm not certain the lilac bush will recover.
There were no specific instructions on how to handle a shipped plant upon arrival. I did take pics.

Just ok

I first ordered two cherry trees and one of them died. I bought the warranty and they gave me a gift card for the purchase price of the tree. I went online to order the same tree less than a year later and it was almost twice the price I originally paid for it. I then decided to order two blueberry bushes instead because they were cheaper and one of the blueberry bushes died too.

Easy and quick. Tree came in perfect health. Also came with detailed instructions. They shipped it with a very handy carrying strap, on the shipping box. Very nice, since my tree was a little heavy. Great job.

I received 6 azalea plants by mail. One of them had fallen out of the pot and not in great shape. After contacting Brighter Blooms, they immediately sent me a replacement. Very good customer service!

Received a bare stick on April 25. Planted immediately. It looks the same as it did the day I planted it. A $200.00 stick in the ground. Not happy about it at this point. I am diligent about keeping it moist. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
