Received my Red Coral Bark Japanese Maple in excellent condition. Leaves were still green and just a very few leaves browned. It was the right height and met my expectations. Shipment came as scheduled and I was notified of its arrival. Great Job
The tree was a little too tall for the box, so when it was unpackaged, a little over a foot of the stalk was bent. I have tied a bamboo stick to the bent portion in hopes that it will straighten.
I ordered several fruit trees and sadly 1 of the pear trees had a bad break. I called customer service and send a photo of the damage, they promptly send out a replacement and apologized. A few days later the replacement showed up undamaged lick all the others. I planted it immediately just in time for the last 2 weeks of scattered showers. They all seem to be doing well. If this wasn't something my mom really wanted I would have gone somewhere else because I found hunting for products in order to make them add up to a certain amount so I could get "free shipping", quite frustrating,

Quick service and our tree came intact and healthy!
We got our tree in a timely manner, we planted it right away and it still seems to be doing well. The only issue is that the top leaves were black and dead looking when we got it.
Overall very happy with service and products. Sometimes I'm surprised by grafted trees and didn't know, generally prefer non-grafted due to the scar. Not sure if I just missed that when ordering.
The Patio Gardenia Tree we ordered arrived in good shape & looked exactly as it was described on your web site. There were complete instructions on how to replant it. It appears to be acclimating to our California climate & is doing well.

It's a lot easier to promise a great plant and deliver a substandard one. Usually the customer just accepts it. Not Brighter Blooms! The hype is real!

While I had a great experience with the items shipped and received, I will unashamedly describe that FedEx had absolutely demolished the box. The box was split open, as well as folded almost in half. The items inside seem to be suitable and have survived up to this point, but the root bag on one of them had been damaged, rendering the 'ball' unrecoverable--once again, a FedEx issue. Shipping was on time as expected, and other than the box looking like it had been punted the entire trip, everything was fine.
Incredibly disappointing. I contacted the company immediately and was told to wait. I belong to several gardening groups one with 7000 members. I will be letting them all know how this was handled

I ordered 4 blaze maple trees 5-6 ft. They seem to be packaged well and shipping was rather quick. I wish they were a little cheaper bc I would have ordered more but happy so far with what I got.

They delivered just what they said they would. The delivery of our trees was handled with care. The trees were the sized described and the trees sprouted leaves quickly this Spring.
I ordered two Clematis Armandii vines and they arrived much quicker than I expected. The packaging nicely preserved the plants and made it easy to transfer them. The plants were very healthy went they arrived and they're thriving now. I would definitely order again from Brighter Blooms!
