Arrived in poor condition. Have given it tender loving care to no avail. It would seem the plant stock was sickly to begin with. Debating whether I should keep the plant or dispose of it. Other purchases from Brighter Bloom have been healthy and are thriving.
I received my tree quickly and it was much taller than I expected.
I'm so pleased with this tree and the service from Brighter Blooms. I spoke with a customer service rep before placing my order and she was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
I was surprised at the size of the trees. I do not appreciate how growers describe size, as "gallons" do not indicate size. The trees I bought were maybe 12" tall. Not at all worth the price.
My tree was skinny and little and didn't look anything like the picture or the size that I ordered (and paid more for). Leaves were dry and missing. I called to ask questions and they told me they were not responsible for the size of the tree? If I sent it back I would have to pay shipping and restocking fee. Moral of this story... Buy local.

Ordered 4 baby green giant arborvitae's came packaged well and seem to be healthy little trees. I just think shipping fee is too expensive.
My trees arrived well packaged and in great condition. I purchased 2 Fat Albert Blue Spruce trees and they are beautiful and full. I look forward to watching them grow larger.
Bought 10+ skyrocket junipers at $79 each, and the description said 2-3 ft. They are just 2ft tall and about 5 inches wide and look like a feather, so it is somewhat disappointing for the price. They'll take 5 years to get to a reasonable height and look. Otherwise they were packed well for shipping and arrived fairly quickly.

Me n my girl worked hard to try and save the 2 plants purchased through your business. They are in large pots outside and will be brought inside for the winter months; they'd never make it planted outside….

The 1 year insurance contract works as described. The staff was very professional & helpful.
Plant arrived 75% dead and quickly expired. I can't imagine it was shipped in that condition nor that it got in that shape on its trip here. I will no longer order from your company.

If the height is not correct, please send photos of the tag as well as the plant next to a measuring stick or measuring tape to show how tall it is. The measurement should be from the soil line to the top of your plant.
If your plant is damaged, please send us photos that show how the tree came packaged in the box, as well as the damage on the tree. If your package arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the package and how it arrived, so we can work with our shipping team and carriers to make sure this doesn't happen again.
You can attach your photos to your response email. Once we receive them, we'll be back in touch with a resolution for you.
