The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with notable strengths in customer service responsiveness and product quality, as many customers reported receiving healthy plants and prompt resolutions to issues. Positive experiences often highlighted effective communication and satisfactory replacements for damaged items. However, concerns emerged regarding shipping delays, inconsistent product condition upon arrival, and warranty limitations, which led to frustration for some customers. Overall, while the company demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, addressing shipping reliability and product consistency could enhance the overall customer experience.

Tree arrived early, planted it the same day, and have been watering it with fertilizer every day.
Plants arrived in a timely manner. Plants were healthy when they arrived.
Attached are photos of the 5 gal. Century Agave I purchased from brighterblooms.com.
The first plant that I ordered arrived with a broken root ball and severely scarred leaves. Some of the scars were new; others appeared to be old which means they shipped me a defective, damaged plant. The packaging was inadequate to support the heavy root ball and nothing was provided to protect the leaves.
After I complained, supplying photos of the damaged plant, and begging them to pack it more securely next time, they promptly shipped me a new plant. This time a decent plant was shipped but in spite of my suggestions the leaves remained unprotected. As you can see, it arrived with four broken leaves, some dangling, on one side of the plant. Other leaves were scratched. Apparently the strap securing the pot was missing, allowing the heavy plant to slide up and down during transit in the poorly sized shipping container!
In spite of my detailed description of damage and descriptive photos, they decided to ignore the obvious problems with their packaging and reship another perfectly good plant only to be ruined once again due to their incompetence. Such a shame.
Although I ordered from brighterblooms.com, the order was shipped from fastgrowingtrees.com. So if you are thinking of purchasing plants from either of these two companies, "let the buyer beware".
The rose tree arrived looking like a twig with just a handful of leaves which had yellowing in them. It was TOTALLY different the image on site. I realize this images are of ideal plants and what arrives will be different but the difference was shocking.
Customer service is very good, waiting for the tree
Was fast and everything arrived. With the exception of the FedEx delivery person dropping them over the fence. Thankfully they were not damaged.
The delivery of my plant ruined my experience. The delivery driver literally dropped my package over the fence leaving the packaging damaged and my tree upside down in the dirt.
Worst shipping and value for one's money in my 80 years of gardening and ordering on line
The tree arrived very well packaged, in very good condition. I'm hoping it does well. It looks very healthy so far.
The avocado tree arrived on time. It is healthy and in great shape. I will continue to purchase from BrighterBlooms.
I anm not sure the plant is going to make it. As soon as I got it I placed it in the gound the next day and have given it water. We had a lot of rain from the storm, but the plant is not looking good.
For staters, my order was delayed twice. When I finally received my focus tree it was poorly packaged, smash into a corner of the box and severely under watered. Most of its leaves had fallen off. It's still recovering and hopefully will recover overtime.
Easy experience with online shopping and quick delivery. Plant looks exactly as described!
I received my trees in a timely manner and they look healthy and strong.
The plants are accelerated growth and put in a pot larger than the root bulb. So they are very weak and don't flourish.
As it turns out Brighterblooms is a sister company of Fast Growing Trees, a company I have been avoiding like the plague after having received a tree of such poor quality it died within a year.
Sadly, I didn't know about the affilation, and when I received the trees from BrighterBloom, it was the same exact experience of terrible qualtiy plants with little chance of survival through the winter.
We're so sorry for your experience and that our plants did not work out for you. We're glad we were ultimately able to make this right
I found the products to be healthy, packed very, very well and just as described. The purchasing, processing and delivery were timely and quite professional. Will probably purchase again given the richness of this experience.
Not having a truck or vehicle that I could load plants into, finding this delivery option was exactly what I needed.
The order arrived quickly and was packaged very nicely. I ordered the larger 3 gallon size bundle of wintergreen boxwoods. They looked healthy, but honestly they were much smaller than I expected for 3 gallons. I put them all in the ground the next day and now I'm hopeful for a good establishment before winter so I can take advantage of growth next year.
Product came firmly secured. Tree was no that big so planting was easy..
Answer: All my stuff was terrible STAY AWAY So i would call it a scam
Answer: NOPE! I DONT HAVE EVEN 1 SUCCESS STORY FOR BRIGHTER BLOOMS! TERRIBLE
