Disappointed that they both looked dead out the box. I called and girl explained some roses process procedure. Still hate I purchased them now with no blooms. I purchased one from Home Depot that had pretty pink blooms.

Purchase four needle palms and two Windmill palms had a problem with one of the Windmill palms quickly replaced under warranty then had a issue with a needles Palm not healthy and also was quickly replaced under the 1 year warranty very satisfied with the customer service and promptness
I had a very satisfying experience with the girl in customer service. She was very nice and offered me a replacement immediately. They sent me a bigger tree and one that had leaves, so hopefully this one takes root and lives, we planted it immediately and I can't wait for next spring to see if it does. I wanted to order two packets of the 2 oz. Food packets to help it but the shipping was too expensive, why is the shipping $25.00? I will instead buy Miracle Grows liquid starter food and use that.
I had never ordered plants on line before and was very pleased. The only problem is the darn plant thinks its spring and has completely leafed out 3 weeks before what is normally our first hard freeze.

I had them delivered to the property where we were going to plant them. They arrived right away, we purchased some tall metal posts and wrap to protect them from the deer and other wildlife and planted them. A bag of organic soil to each tree and fertilizer from Brighter Blooms. We are going to go into Winter any day and they have lost their little leaves so now we wait for spring and hope to get a few little blossoms! I did purchase the protection plan but they should be fine. Packed very well, no complaints.

Thank you for reaching out! Please don't worry if your tree has no leaves right now. Your tree is a deciduous tree and is shipped out dormant this time of year. This means that your tree is still asleep and will start to leaf out again as the temperatures start to warm up.
Should your tree fail to emerge from dormancy by May 30th, we've got it covered! We will guarantee it outside of the 30-day guarantee for you. Please give us a call on or around May 30th if it does fail to emerge from dormancy so we can assist you further.
I also suggest doing a scratch test if you're concerned for your plant's health. This will determine if the plant is still alive. To do a scratch test, scratch the trunk near the base lightly with a coin or your nail. If it is white or green, it's still alive, but dormant. If the tree is brown or black underneath, it could be dead.
