So I have not been a Bridgecrest customer for months now. Bridgecrest is still negatively affecting my life. Listen people if you have any problems what so ever that can affect your finances (like a pandemic) don't use this company. They have become vindictive and they are holding my credit score hostage. I have had to take legal action and hire an attorney. Might want to look elsewhere. If it's to good to be true it is.

This company is so terrible. The people giving this any more than one star are a fluke or friends with someone that works there. We've gotten two cars with carvana and haven't missed a payment in years. We called to defer ONE payment during the pandemic and whoever I spoke with was so trashy and rude and couldn't do a thing to help me. I called back the next day and got someone else who got the bulk of my wrath and was a bit nicer, however, he still couldn't offer any options to help defer ONE payment. I just couldn't believe the nonsense. They asked what I intended to do and I said, well, since you offer me no other choices, I suppose I'll skip this payment on my own and pay the next payment as planned. They tried to go into how my cars could get repoed. They're worth about half of what we owe on them I'd like to see them try- like I give a@&)?! Anyway, now fast forward to now, I've skipped a month as I said I would and paid the next month as promised, and I've been getting calls from bridge crest SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, sometimes SEVERAL TIMES AN HOUR... like what in the heck?! The amount of money they're paying these people to call everyone fifty tikes a day could be saved by just deferring our darn car payments one month! For Christ sake this is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I was spreading the word about carvana for years now and planned to get every subsequent car we plan to buy from them and something as simple as this has turned that around. Never again. This company sucks. Over one month though! INSANE.

This company is the worst. They will rob you blind. They refuse to let you talk to a manager. Everybody tells you something different. They are super greedy and there system is so messed up. They customer service is horrible. They really make you feel so belittled. I would never recommend them or do business with them ever again.

I am beyond furious, this company F! Cks you over! I just got my car from Drivetime 3 weeks ago. The saleman there got me stuck in a contract where i have to pay 250.56 A MONTH but semi monthly so basically i am paying 500 dollars a month for a USED vehicle that is a 2017 and worth 13,000 dollars. Its my first month if payment i am 6 days late they are calling and harassing me when i have told them multiple times that the salesman lied to me about what my payments would be and i am only able to make the payment in FULL by the second payment due date of THIS SAME MONTH i am already getting threats of repossession on Tuesday. First of all not only did i tell then my situation with DriveTime and the did not care seeing all these reviews BAD REVIEWS about them during a god damn PANDEMIC its insane and i hate that i didnt look at any of these reviews prior to my purchase i am so upset i am so so disappointed. You guys are HORRIBLE and i hope my review helps someone from wasting their time and money through you guys. The threats of repo after a 6 day spand of a first payment blows my mind.

Payment reminders taken to a new limit. Purchased vehicle from Carvana. Bridgecrest is their preferred "in house" lender. The Interest rates are extremely high. As your payment becomes due, they send multiple emails and texts leading up to the payment due date. On the due date, if they haven't gotten your payment, expect up to 6 phone calls and multiples texts asking you to call for a "very important" reminder. If you are late on your payment, the phone calls and text harassment continues. I have never had a lender dog me like they do. Due your Car Loan through a Lender you've had experience with. You will probably get a better interest too.

I PROMISE YOU THERE IS SOMETHING MAJORLY WRONG WITH EVERY VEHICLE THEY SALE! I BOUGHT A TUNDRA TRUCK FROM THESE THIEVES NOT KNOWING THE AIRCONDITION WAS BROKE! THEY PUT JUST ENOUGH ANTIFREEZE FOR IT TO LAST JUST OVER YOUR WARANTY! JUST AFTER 3 WEEKS MY AIR HAVENT WORK AGAIN! THE AC COMPANY TOLD ME THE WHOLE UNIT WAS BAD WHICH WOULD COST 2800 TO REPLACE! They lure hard working people in with low down payments and then charge them two and a half times what the car is worth while fast talking you. These finance rates should be illegal for them to charge. They need to put regulations on these type of finance institutions as they did payday loan programs. There is no difference except for the fact that you are getting ripped off much longer by Bridgecrest. I understand they are taking chances on people with not so great credit or unestablished credit but I think it can be done without beating the everyday working class person into the ground any further. How are you ever supposed to be able to try and better yourself with these odds against you. Very frustrating

This company should be banned especially to military! This company rips off anyone going through them to finance a car! DO NOT EVER USE THEM! You will regret it later on! Them and drive time are vultures and could care less about the average person, they pray in the weak and then screw you over! The stuff they do should be illegal but those screwing over the little guys get away with murder and they do! Research them please before even considering them! They are not good for people!

MY FATHER PASSED AWAY RECENTLY BRIDGECREST CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND I INFORMED THEM THAT HE PASSED. HOURS LATER THEY STILL TOOK A PAYMENT FROM HIS ACCOUNT. A MONTH AFTER THAT, THEY'VE REPOSSESED THE CAR AND REFUSED TO LET ME GET MY BELONGINGS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE STRESS THAT BRIDGECREST PLACED UPON MY FATHER IS HOW HE SUCCOMED TO A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK NOW I'M FEELING THE STRESS THAT HE ENDURED FROM THIS COMPANY. AND IT'S NOT MY CAR.

Please do not use this company. They have no consideration or empathy for their consumers. My daughter and I finance our car through them. We've had them for 2 years now and we never missed a payment or late with our payments. Since the pandemic we were out of work and they wouldn't consider our financial situation or try and help us out. We received phone calls every day and emails stating to make payments. I had a payment due and it was only one day late and they called asking for their money. They keep saying if we are 30 days late they would report us to the credit bureau. I've had other lenders and never had a bad experience. Bridgecrest don't care about their consumers. They are bullies and they like to harass their consumers instead of trying to help them out. I regret having them as my auto lender. Anyone considering to use them DON'T and RUN. The worst decision I ever made and wish I can get out of it. I had to click one star because it would let me post without checking a star but I give them a negative star if there is such a thing.

This is the worst company to have a car loan with ever. This is my first car I've had it for 2 years and only made 1 late payment yet they wouldn't help me when I got COVID and made me pay double my payment. On top of that every time I call them they're employees are rude as $#*! sorry not sorry. Do better it's literally your job to talk to people and be nice especially when someone is in a financial burden. They take my information down every time I call yet can never seem to help me fix the problem. DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THIS TRASH $#*! COMPANY.

The worst company to ever get a car from almost $30,000 for a car with no AC no Radio. This is by far the last company i would ever recommend anyone too. BRIDGECREST / DRIVETIME is the absolute WORST. YALL SUCK.

I don't understand all the bad reviews Bridgecrest has always worked with me! When I became ill Bridgecrest worked with me on my payments and have continued to do so! They are the most compassionate and understanding loan company I have ever dealt with! All you have to do is call. And my car has lasted far well then any other I have purchased! Thank you Bridgecrest for being there when times were rough I wish I could give them 10 stars
