I thought I would receive something decent for the money I paid, but I was wrong. This thing feels and looks super cheap. Everything about it is cheap, the construction, the materials, and how the damn thing performs. If I had to guess how much this was purchased for, I'd say 3 dollars. I wouldn't pay more than 10 dollars for this. But that's fine, you live and you learn. If this review gets posted, STAY AWAY!

Content with the company

Overall I am content with my purchase and I feel as if it is working as it said it would. Two things that dissapointed me was that when I ordered online the service plans options were not available. So I wasnt aware of the huge price differences from the plans. From the plans I was looking into the prices were $300/year and $120/year. Big difference. And I could even spend more. I dont like there are plans that the company makes for people who spend more. I wish they offered a plan that had all the perks of the $40/per month for a low price that was mostly affordable for anyone. The $10 a month plan is almost useless.
Another thing I wasnt aware of is that their customer service is outsourced. People who it seems dont really know product first hand. At least in my 3 times that I called they were all like that. The representatives on the phone and even chat just seemed like they were reading the manual that I had in my hand and had a difficult time answering my question which the answer could not be found in the manual. Overall, if I pay more per month, which adds up to considerably more over the course of a year, I can have an amazing product. Unfortunately I cant afford to spend that much so it makes it like Im not getting all the use from my product. Im sure there is some change in prices from Verizon because of the excess data usage, but Im sure its not that much more. Brick house is making a killing on the monthly plans when customers pay for the most expensive plan. Pass some savings on to customers.
Overall good product. Just wish monthly service plans were more affordable to reap the benefits of my tracker

As stated on the Service plan tab on our website, all wired trackers come shipped with our recommended 30-second tracking interval for $24.99 per month only and if you would like to change it our Customer Service team would be glad to help you update it to ensure that the GPS tracker will be programmed correctly. Disappointed in the performance. Misses recording at least the first 15 seconds of activity in motion detection mode. No way to set the recording time stamp or date stamp and it doesn't use the time set on the clock. No manual except for the one that comes with the clock manufacturer. Naming of folders on SD card makes no sense.

Great Customer Service!

I researched a GPS and contacted Brickhouse Security to inquire regarding various products. I spoke with a Rep "Adam G". He was very professional and took the time to describe each product available. I elected to place the order by phone which was processed directly. Due to the warehouse being closed for inventory he gave me a courtesy 10% discount and waived the fee for expedited Air Freight Shipping. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Happy New Year Brickhouse Security!

I bought two mini usb charging cameras. They both will not link to the apple app.
I even tried typing the super long UID in by hand. I looked on line for a training video and only see video for an older model. BH's other items have been good. Will try tech support next. Instructions can only be read with a magnifying glass (not kidding) reduced down to 2 pt type.

The tracker states my vehicle was 10 miles away in a parking lot. It was in my drive way. 5 minutes later it said it was on freeway. Then, after 15 minutes, it was in my drive.

Couldn't get any easier. I ordered it one morning, it shipped the same day. It came in three days later. I charged it overnight and logged into the account that was emailed to me. Works great!

Hi, just received my device and i activated it with no problem. I do like the websites dashboard, its easy to follow. The only issue i have with it is that the device is in my vehicle a secured indoor garage but the network cannot detect the device.
