I own an asphalt business in Ohio. We are a seasonal business because of the weather. For the last three years we have called in late fall and paused the service until the following spring. When I called this spring to activate the devices a customer service agent told me that the service was not paused last fall. I checked my bank statements and realized that I had been charged for the past six months. To make matters worse the agent basically called me a liar and refused to credit my account. I asked to speak with his supervisor. The supervisor was just as rude as the agent stating that their system showed no call from us to pause the service. I asked for his supervisor and he told me that his supervisor didn't talk to customers. I am disputing the charges and will be on every forum possible to tell others to BEWARE. Don't give them your bank account, credit card information!

This was the worst tracker ever! Came with little to no instructions on how to connect. Had to call Customer Service and Tech support to get the tracker operational and explain how it worked. Used for one day then the App would not connect. They where prompt in accepting my money for a subscription for a product that barely works. Customer Service was sarcastic and rude when called. I would not recommend using these items from this company at all! Now I'm stuck with a brand new GPS Spark Nano 7 tracker that do not work!

I have previously spent 7 hours with their tecnical department out of the Phillipines trying to get a product of their's to work. Never could get it to work. I then swore I would never use their products again. After years I tried them again. After using one of their devices on a monthly basics I stopped service and they continued to bill me for four more months and now will not credit me with the over charge. Have had to block them on my credit card of additional charges. They were sneaky on this deal as they gave me a free month and then claimed I needed to have contacted them again to discontinue service for the second time. I do not do business with people who are dishonest and will never deal with them again.

Excellent product - works without any hitches right from the box. Went to website and setup the various settings I wanted to keep track of. Already received various tracking reports as well as alerts to test the app and unit. Tracking my HD sportster just in case someone wants to take a ride without my permission

Defective Cameras

The order was very fast, and i am very happy with that, however 2 of the cameras are defective. Can I exchange them. One is very blurred, and when i inserted the micro chip it fell inside and could not be removed. Sincerly, Claude Self *******704

Brickhouse Security is my go to place when I need that special item. Surely I can find somewhere here in Los Angeles to purchase what I need, but there is no comparison to the Customer Service, knowledge, and expertise I get by speaking to one their service agents regarding my needs. If there is a hiccup in your order they are quick to fix it w/o any issues. I am a satisfied customer, and have been for awhile. THE REAL TIME GPS TRACKER IS NOT ACTUALLY REAL TIME. CONSIDERING RETURNING IT. THERE SHOULD BE BETTER EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS.

It has been the greatest!

Love it! Needed to purchase two, so that we have no down-time when the other nano is charging. It is about 90% accurate with addresses. Inexpensive, and is helping track evidence in a divorce situation. Would recommend this product.

Activation took too long

The product arrived as promised, but activation did not begin until 3 days after I made payment. Activation should occur immediately upon payment.
