I've read many bad reviews about this company's mask. I have some pros and cons concerning my experience. Cons- I ordered in early 2020 back when pandemic first began and like everything else, it took a while for order to arrive(approx. Mth and a half). Once they arrived, I've been wearing them with no problem. I ordered 8 black mask and an extra supply of PM2.5 filters. The only one issue I've had with one of the mask is the a rubber piece that adjust the ear loop tightness split. Pros- The mask still going strong to this date (2/15/21). I simply let the mask soak in warm before wand washing. (Don't forget to remove the filter before washing). The mask fits my face very snug and I personally feel it protects from coronavirus way better than the surgical mask or cloth mask without filters. I'm only speaking for the black mask I ordered; not sure about other mask this company sells. I'm about to order more since I'm a Postal worker and there's not much air circulation in our building when the A/C or heat isn't blowing. I would recommend the black mask since I've used mine for over a year.

I placed 3 orders for face masks in November 2020. They took my payment but never shipped my masks!
Two months later and 6 email exchanges, finally got the masks. The first two I unpacked were broken. One was missing an ear fastener and the other had a ripped ear fastener. So basically paid for 10 but got 8 usable ones. The back and forth btw customer service to even get the masks even though they were quick to bill me was ridiculous. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered masks two months ago and have still not seen them. All I get for a response is because of the holiday rush they have a backlog of orders. And my order has been processed. If they are so backlogged why do they constantly have ads on the internet all the time. They also don't post a phone number so you can't call them. You can only email.
I would just stay away from this website. Bought masks and two bracelets. Masks are useless, they don not fit your face and are cheaply made. My bracelet turned color and discolored my skin in 2 weeks. I emailed company but no reply. Horrible products and customer service
I ordered two masks from this company since they were offering a discount. (Their masks are somewhat pricey.) I was delighted when I received both and immediately put on the Chakras mask. I received many compliments on it. I was so excited to wear my Starry Night mask but when I pulled it out of the packaging, I saw it was damaged. I have emailed various times asking them to resolve the issue but I get a response saying that "the masks are on their way?!" Did they even take the time to read my emails?
P.S. The chakras mask which is beautiful is now damaged as well. The nose guard dislodged from its place and I haven't been able to fix it. Don't bother with this company
Looks like they are cardboard from China. Not even dyed properly. Real junk. Don't waste your money on this company's masks.
First time buying items from them. I bought 20 pc of face masks and filters. It took them 1.5 months to ship my items— that's after sending a few emails about my order. Sorry guys but I gave it a go. Don't think I will order from them again!
I ordered masks a month ago and they still haven't shipped. When I inquired they stated that my masks are "back ordered" and that I should send them MORE money for additional masks! This seems like the very definition of a scam.
I ordered filters for 27 dollars and 3 face masks; supposedly with a FREE 4th mask!... I got the flimsy little filters for a full price 36 dollar bill and NONE Of the Masks, for nearly 135.00 total!... The first email said that PART of my order was shipped... It was, and these were flimsy little cheapo filters... a hair better than a coffee filter for nearly 2 dollars each... They never said if the rest of the order was backordered or anything about the remainder of the order... and I have received nothing to date... I have tried several emails to customer support... NO RESPONSE... I sent Paypal a DISPUTE and a notice of possible scamming... the total bill was $135.00 and I got nothing but some little coffee filters made in china... in an opened package!... The number on the PAYPAL account has a message saying that they only take designated calls...? What the?
Anyway... I wish I had read the reviews first... They all say the same thing...
I ordered a bracelet June 27th for 33.99 still waiting and have been given ever excuse or lie in their book. 1. DUE TO COVIDE WE ARE BEHIND 2. CAN'T FIND YOU ORDER, OH wait we found the phone case will go today. I didn't order a home case in JUNE I ordered the phone case in 2015 don't even have the phone. Anymore. They say they delivered it to the address no they didn't post office never delivered it. It went to my friends as gift. We have credited your account no you haven't. The list goes on and on. DON"T TRUST OR WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
It took almost a month for my masks to ship and they still haven't arrived. They shipped via DHL which delivered the package to USPS which has said it's out for delivery for 3 business days now, but has still not arrived. I can't blame Brave New Look for the shipping delays entirely, but I with they would have used a more reliable shipping option than DHL. I was hoping for a smooth process so I could place a larger order
I ordered from this company exactly a month ago today. Have not received product or update, just a generic response about covid delay. They are full of it. I will attempt to a refund from PayPal. This company needs to be shut down.
Ordered 2 masks. Great fit and quality. But bands on the straps fell off and mask is now unwearable. Customer service basically said, too bad. Not possible to sell the bands separately from the mask. So now I have a mask that is useless. And these masks are not cheap.

Ok, I ordered based on a review article but when I ordered, the website said nothing about it taking over a month to deliver. Now, the emails state that if will 3-4 weeks. I have asked nicely for a refund but only get the same reply over and over = due to COVID it will take 3-4 weeks. Unacceptable reply it you are a reputable company. DON'T order online. Bad business practices. BEWARE
I was attracted to site by promise of well-designed masks and quick shipping - even in COVID. If you look at their site, it clearly states which masks are "In Stock: Will Ship Next Business Day". 2 days later after my inquiry, I was told masks would ship in 2-3 weeks! My issue is with misinformation - if it takes weeks, just say so and let me make my spending decisions accordingly. There is such a difference between what was promised and what was offered that it is clear, this phrasing was used as a lure they could never fulfill.
Ordered 2 masks to Canada. Took over 2 months to get 1. Other 1 was shipped 2 days later - been 5 months - never received. Emailed company - no response. 2 masks cost me $50. Canadian. The 1 mask I did receive was small and did not cover properly. Total waste of $50. Buyers beware.
They take your payment and do not send you the product. After contacting BBB, they state they are sending you the times and show a partial order with. Tracking number that can't be found. DONT BUY FROM THESE FRAauds
