It was easy to purchase my tickets for the Showboat cruise, I was able to go to your website & read the details of each category of tickets. I chose the Captian's Club tickets because the menu had more f what I was looking for,
Should not have to go to a visiting center just to pick up ticket when I ordered my tickets online. I should have recrive them automatically to my email. Not go pick up my tickets. That is absolute bs.

I purchase 2 tickets at 2 different times because some friends decided they wanted to go as well. And because I bought the tickets at different time they thought I had double booked. I was contacted by your office and confirmed I did want both bookings. The lady said she would make sure our seats were together. I am very pleased with this experience. Thank your staff.
It was easy to book a trip hotel and activities. I got tickets for two shows and tickets for the the theme park.

In regards to getting the voucher, I was surprised to learn after purchasing that we have to wait until we are physically there and go and pick up the tickets prior to the show. When I chose email, I thought I would get something to open up a voucher and print off or show when we get to the event. Like we do airline tickets. I can't judge the rest as we have not yet been there.
I did not realize this was a time share until they were paid so we paid more for our tickets than we should have.
