Very disappointed! The date of 3/726 was accidentally entered into the online reservation. It should have been 5/7/26, but this error was not brought to my attention until later the evening of the booking when I attempted to add an addition show to my order. The service department made no attempt to correct this error and informed me the date of complaint had to Be more than 48 hrs. Therefore, since I am not in Branson, and scheduled to be there in MAY not March, my $221.00 will not be refunded, or the ordered not placed on correct day of May 7,2026. 15 minutes ago this confirmation appeared in my inbox!
