I placed an order almost a month ago, and still haven't received it. Now I've been told it was damaged, and no one let me know. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and only offered to reship or refund. Didn't even apologize for the month I've waited, with no correspondence. I will never be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.
I am also surprised to see the low reviews. I just had to contact customer service for the first time after ordering from Bramble Berry for a few years. Customer service was so nice and super helpful! They really turned a little glitch into a great experience.

I have purchased couple times from Bramble Berry and every time I place order, they never get processed until I reach out to the customer service person named *. Very slow service and shipping takes longer. This is the last time I ever buy from here. I should have checked the reviews earlier

Absolutely awful service. After shipping the incorrect item refused to resend the correct item. Zero customer service - zero care taken will never order again.
Im surprised the ranking for Bramble Berry is so low. Ive been ordering for about 3 years, with no issues. They use foam to pack their products so noting has arrived broken. However, I think its important to read the individual product reviews. If you are buying jars, container or vessels I would look at other manufactures. They do soap the best!
I ordered 3 16oz containers of Dragonfruit oil. The containers that I received have NO scent At All!

I watched tons of videos online and it seemed that this was a good company to order from. When I received my product (ordered a kit) I didn't get instructions. I reached out to the company via chat and was talked to like I was stupid and couldn't read. I was disconnected from my chat several times. When I asked if I could return the kit I was told that all kits are not eligible for return but when I was ordering I didn't see it say that it wasn't eligible for return. So if you order anything they won't be helpful with even emailing instructions or let you return. Also the stickers/labels I received are not pre-cut. You will have to cut them out then apply them. They don't give you any way to adhere the wicks to the tins they mail out. And apparently you apply 3.5 oz of Fragrance to 2lbs of wax. The FO smells like cinnamon cardboard as well.
I recently ordered 7 items from brambleberry. New customer. After i ordered, i realized one of the oils i ordered said not for cp soap. So i emailed within 5 minutes and asked them to remove the 1 item, they said no... okay i received the order and the oils are total garbage. Heavily mixed with water or something. Almost no scent. I opened 1 to try on my wrist and the plastic stopper fell out and spilled the oil. I emailed customer service and (politely) asked if they could do something... they emailed back their policy and said no. "Have a great day!" DO NOT WASTE TOUR MONEY!
My husband insisted we start ordering from Bramble Berry. I felt they were overpriced but went with it. The first order we got, soaps were damaged and covered the bottles. We had to wash the bottles. Second order was delayed three days without any reason given, then when I received it they sent the wrong soap base. 10 pounds of citric acid was a four pound bag, the rest was all over the bottles, in the bottles, in the bottom of the box and had leaked from the box. The soaps were again damaged and melted which made the bottles even more of a mess. This is ridiculous. They packaging is terrible, the wad up paper and shove in it like that's going to protect anything and the bottles are just thrown all over the box with no organization. I would avoid this company at all costs! Too expensive and NOT WORTH IT! We still haven't heard back from them either. Horrible customer service.
I ordered #4 boxes of GOAT MILK MP for an event that I was teaching children how to make soap in the safest way possible ( as opposed to the CP way)
Instead of a GOAT MILK base, I received a Clear Glycerin base. These boxes are 25lbs each.
I called them right when I was opening the boxes. I explained the whole situation to one of the customer service reps and she sounded legitimately sorry about the error.
Although she was not able to overnight even one box, they were replaced ALL of them at no extra cost.
AND I was told to keep the #4 boxes because they are not able to resale them.
Although I was pretty upset at the time, I completely understood the reason behind their policy.
The pictures I took, the rep did not require me to send them.
It was a horrible situation that really turned out resolvable. I taught the kiddos how to make simple soaps with the GM base and offered them a free class for the glycerin soap that they had paid for originally.
I do not normally use MP for my business, I make soap the way I was taught years ago by my grandma, CP or HP.
However, I was a bit flexible and was able to find a way not to waste all this MP base.

It was an honest mistake that turned out okay.
I placed three orders all at the same time two shipped one is stuck in shipping label created. Tried chatting i was told maybe they forgot to scan it 7 days later the order still is stuck on shipping label created and im being told there is nothing they can do. I would NEVER recommend this company
I purchased the Patchouli EO because the company I prefer did not have the larger size. Bramble Berry's EO smells like Campho Phenique. I have ruined a full batch of soap. I will be calling them tomorrow to try and figure out what happened and update. I am only giving a three right now because I have issues with contacting Bramble Berry in the past. Hopefully this will change. I really look forward to doing business with them more in the future.
I placed my order on 2-15-21. Today is 2-22-21 and I still have not received confirmation that my order is being prepared. This is my first experience with Bramble Berry. I typically order from WholeSale Supplies Plus but they have been out of lye for some time now. Bramble Berry website said that my order would be processed in 1-2 business days, it's been 6. I emailed customer service and did not receive a response. I called the phone number listed and it automatically goes to voicemail. Some random person called me back and said that my order shipped on Thursday and I should expect it in 4 business days. I asked for a tracking number and they said it should be in my email shortly. Needless to say there was never any email or tracking number. I am very disappointed with the overall handling of my order and it seems like I may never get my products. I should of just ordered off Amazon, at least they are dependable.
Purchased from this place and the jug of castor oil that I ordered had leaked into the bottom of the box. I couldn't understand where the oil was coming from at first but after I examined the jug. It has a cut in the bottom so I had to pour the remaining oil into bowls!
Everything was nicely packed, but I ordered the bath bomb kit, and the citric acid and my baking soda was falling out the bags they came in.
I really enjoyed their scents, however nothing else has been a positive experience for me. I was gift 15 lbs of soy wax and it was the wrong one so I asked to exchange and they DON'T OFFER EXCHANGES! I now have a bunch of wax I don't like or want! Any time I go on their 'chat' their reps have been so rude. Their products are really over priced as well! I've found better wax and oils that are so much cheaper. Please save your time and money
I purchased all the supplies to make a coffee soap scrub for Christmas gifts this year. I received the box and assumed I had everything to make the soaps, unfortunately I realized a month later when I went to make the soap that I was missing the coffee fragrance oil. I called the customer service line, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. An hour or so later I received a call back, and they were willing to send me the fragrance oil with a little faster shipping than normal. The soap came out really great also! They smell like a yummy ice cream, and I think my family will be happy with their gifts!
I was expecting so much more of bramble berry. A lot of soap makers I know buy their products, so I thought why shouldn't I? I will not be getting fragrances from here again. They smell so synthetic and fake... I am not happy! I never even received an order confirmation! I had to contact them on their site, thankfully someone responded. They arrived after a week or so later. Do not buy from here. This place seems amazing (it's not)
I am a candle maker. I got impatient waiting for my usual fragrance oil supplier so I decided to give Bramble Berry a try for the first time. Two of the fragrances were SHOCKINGLY bad and inaccurate. They smelled very obviously synthetic and had a mild funky note to them. I have used honeysuckle and lavender fragrances before and would not have been able to guess these if I were blindfolded. I did not use a drop of the 16 oz honeysuckle because it smelled so rancid. I used about 1.5 oz of the lavender before realizing it would not work as a substitute for my usual oil. I contacted their customer service who told me they pulled the barrels and the scents were exactly as they should be and too bad. No refunds. The tone of the reply was pretty awful. I can see from other reviews here that other customers have noticed how off these scents are, especially the honeysuckle, and reached out to customer service. So they KNOW these are bad and misrepresented. They just don't care about getting return customers. Avoid them.

If you have ever had a issue with amazon, find another seller and buy from them. I will always get essential oils and fragrances from amazon after this experience.
