I have been dealing with this company for years and just recently noticed that they promote Michele Obama items. Nothing from Mrs. Trump or Mrs. Bush. Frankly I'm astonished that you would promote the most racist 1st lady ever and not the elegant women that graced the White House. Please discontinue my catalogs until you unscrew this mess.
I purchased a product from this company. They signed me up for their "free shipping" program at $14.95 a month. I never signed up for such a thing and it took me a while to figure it out. I asked for a refund, which they did give me, but they refused to produce any document or evidence of any kind that I signed up for this program. Instead, they kept bouncing me back and forth between Bradford Exchange and Bradford Rewards, acting like these were two companies. No employee was willing to give out an employee ID. I was asked repeatedly to verify my info only to have them say they have to transfer me to someone else. They were unable to produce any document showing that I signed up for the program.
I ordered an item they took the first pmt from my account. I'm a new customer and they tell me I have an outstanding debt. I requested to speak to the credit department to determine fraud and they said they have no number for them. I suggest not purchasing anything from this fraudulent company. I will be notifying the BBB as well I give a zero rating! I'm not posting my purchase do to personal information on it.
I spent 130.00 dollars on a mother's day necklace for my wife and Everytime she wears it it turns her neck and chest green within an hour I will never buy anything from here again
Easy to use website. This is absolutely amazing. The UI and overall user experience is top class. Easy to use website. This is absolutely amazing. The UI and overall user experience is top class.
One glitter Globe was ordered with a credit card.
Two more Glitter Globes were shipped and the card was charged.
They charged the card a fourth time, no shipment received as of today.
It is unethical to keep credit card information.
It is unethical to ship items not ordered.
Several emails sent via their website were ignored.
This mail order business is the worst I have ever encountered.
Emails are ignored. Reaching them on the phone takes more than an hour.
Even one star is too much.
I am giving Bradford exchange 1 star because I can give them no less. My daughter ordered a group of 3 lanterns for me last Christmas as a gift. The merchandise was nice, however more lanterns continued to arrive. When my daughter contacted them, they said it was clearly stated that the merchandise would continue to arrive. She re-read emails. It was never stated. She contacted a company rep via phone who cancelled her account and refunded payment for a previous bill for merchandise which was not ordered. While shipments stopped, she was billed again for the returned payment. I called to settle the bill & be done with this company. I was told if I returned merchandise, I would be issued a refund. I know this is not accurate, because I returned merchandise in the past and no refund was issued. Do not be seduced by this company's merchandise. Stay away from this company. Their business practices are bad news!
Has a soldier I had a look at the ANZAC coins I got to live it to as a $9 delivery fee and then a month later another one and another $9 delivery fee why would I get to different deliveries I didn't sign up for this I signed up to buy 2 coins I cancelled my credit card but they still continue the sending I returned to sender a collection company is now chasing me for $230 I've said let's go to court and they still send me dodgy Texts, see attached picture of a $#*! pump. That how I view your company
I ordered from this company 6 weeks ago. I received an email saying they had shipped the products 27 days ago. Still no product. I have contacted "customer service" (what a joke!) multiple times but they refuse to do anything and keep changing the date of when they will do anything. First it is 10 days, then 14 days, now 30 days. Do business with Vista Print instead of this scam of a company. They steal your money and don't deliver. They do not deserve even one star.
Please for the love of god don't order from them. I got my mom a calander for her birthday and it was $50. I even payed extra for it to be here on time. But now it's weeks after and I only have one piece from the collection. Every time I email them about it I get redirected, saying that they don't have the pieces or that there's still some kind of payment that needs to be made on my part. I didn't have the present for my mom, I wasted
$50 of my dads money for one $#*!ty little lice not worth $5. PLEASE don't get scammed like I did.
They sent me a flyer in the mail saying I'd receive a free coin if I filled out a form and sent it back. It said I'd only be charged if I wanted anything extra like a stand. I got just the coin but they keep sending me a bill for $50 for a coin that was supposed to be free.
My Father is 98 P. O. W Veteran and I wanted to get him something for his Birthday and I asked if you Accept Military Discount Card and the Agent Rudely said No we don't do any Discounts! Wow!
I have been a customer of Bradford Exchange for 20 plus yrs. Today a came across an advertisement in a magazine advertising Bradford handbags with a picture of Michelle Obama and one with Vice President Harris. Where is President (Still my President) first LADY Trump?
I would think a company like this, that must have republican patrons would be smart enough to not be so partisan. I hope that all fellow Americans read this and stop ordering from this company. We should only support honest TRUE AMERICANS!
I purchased a US Army personalized messenger tote bag. There is a 90 return policy which turns out to be the warranty on this item also. The lining material has pulled away from the sewed seam. It is obviously defective due to poor design. There is a felcro attachment right were it tore. This is a weak spot and this was bound to happen due to the design of the bag. I would think that they would back up the product they sell but they didn't. There only reply was the 90 day guaranty was over. I was only looking for an replacement. I didn't expect a refund. Due to poor customer service and poor quality of there items I won't do business with them anymore.
Called to cancel an order,
15 minutes on hold, then an unhappy voice tells me I need to be transferred, another 30 only to be cut off
I have called this company 3 separate times to cancel the same subscription and I'm still being charged for it. I've also been being charged over $14 dollars a month for the past 6 months for the bradford exchange rewards program and I've never signed up for that program.
I ordered what I'd call a "mother's ring" for myself. I was anxiously waiting for it and today it arrived!
I used reading glasses along with a magnifying glass to see the engraving and the stones. IT IS AWFUL.
I can't return it because it appears to be what I ordered but OH MY GOD it is so very misrepresented!
It is the "our family together, for always" ring and looks so fantastic online. DO NOT PURCHASE!
I purchased a supposed uncirculated first coloured $2 coin. At the cost of $649. I believed it to be a "c" mint coin and that it had been graded. Really - I received a uncirculated $2 coin no certificate of grading no c mint. The most I could get for the coin is well and truly under $100. As an investment what a rip off. Yes it was in plastic case, a cheap jewellery box. Still does not add value have been advised by experienced collectors to stay away.
... so, there's this company called The Bradford Exchange... They purportedly sell "Authentic Collectables".
5 years ago, when decorating our 1840's Farmhouse, I came across this site and was very excited to find a collection of "Authentic American Indian" pieces that I immediately ordered. It was a set of 5 pieces. Some weeks later this first "Circa 1870" piece arrived. I was thrilled!... that is, until I unwrapped the box to find a plastic piece of rubbish, silver spray paint and all, with a life size "Made in China" sticker on it!
I e-mailed the company and told them that I was cancelling this order and had NO interest in buying this rubbish!... and now, 5 years later, they've handed me over to a Collection Agency for the "debt". The biggest joke of all is in the opening line of this "Collection Letter" where they still claim that this piece of Made in China Garbage is "Circa 1870"!
Bought a ring for my significant other was the stone was brilliant in the picture but when received was like a fogged piece of plastic seen better com out of a gum ball machine very disappointed for a over $200.00 ring
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
