It is becoming difficult to find "OTC" brand knee supports. I lack bone cartilage on my knee and,other than a $1500 Donjoy brace, it gives pain-free support when I am active, without restricting range of motion. As long as you sell this item I will continue to be a customer.
Good product selection, fast and east
This was my first order...I was looking forward to trying the product. Being the first time I ordered from this company, I felt relieved to see that returns were a breeze, as stated on the website. However the brace was a large, and after talking to customer service it is the largest available. I was advised that I could return the item and only store credit was available, it's possible that the return will be easy, however, I find this a moot point given the fact that they could not fit me with the proper size product/brace, or issue a refund.
The shopping experience was great. The brace works better than nothing and the quality of the product seems fine. My expectations were probably too high, sometimes it takes awhile to figure out the right spot for the pressure point but even then it won't keep the hernia in reduction in every position - bending over, sitting, etc. Thankfully I'll only have to use it for a couple of months until corrective surgery.
What I expected great
The item I bought did not fit me and I was not able to use it unfortunately. The price was good and the item arrived in the mail in a very short time.

Order received not on time due to USPS not being competent, they delivered to wrong house but when calling your customer service, the women who took my call did not seem interested. Call was placed on 11/8/17 about 9:30 am, you might want to look into that.
