I tried to make an exchange. I had ordered the wrong size. But your company would not let me. I will not order from your site for anything else

I am looking for an abdominal support brace with 'staves'.

Return policy(exchange only) and having to pay for return/exchange was ridiculous. I did not like the brace, it was too big. I won't return it only to receive, by exchange, something else that I don't like. I'll suck up the loss and forget about store credit (another choice), since I won't be making any further purchases.

Wonderful site for foot support and brace.

Ordered a knee brace, was sent an ankle brace. Returned ankle brace as requested, yet never received what I ordered and Paid for! Can't get anyone to even respond to my emails. Worst company ever!

Good bargains

I got this for my mom. She has a knee injury. She is able to walk around with it sliding down or bunching up behind her knee. She paid over 400.00 dollars for a knee brace and it is a piece of junk. I am so excited and happy with your service and product that if i need any kind of brace, I will be getting it from your company. My mom is walking without the heavy pain and swelling.
