Sizing is kind of difficult to figure out. There are two types of guides to follow... makes it very confusing. My email automatically sent the order confirmation to my spam, so I didn't know if anything was actually coming. Shipping was 2 weeks later than the estimate.

Give me rating at about 2/5. I originally placed an order it two weeks for the CSR to let me know that the product I ordered was out of stock so she let me exchange it and they sent me the wrong product. It's not something I'm willing to go through again

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
