First I orderes tights that got lost in the mail. I never recieved those tights even after contacting costumer service. Then I purchased those tights AGAIN and I got a defective piece. Will never order again and wont be wearing what was finally delivered the second time.
My items took 7 weeks to arrive. When they arrived 3 items were missing with no further update on the items. I cannot communicate with a live person. I was never given any tracking information on my order until i reached out after 5 weeks or nothing. The shipping takes forever. I'm still waiting for any information on my missing items.
Blouse does not look like this. It is very oversized. Does not fit like that at all.

Ordered 4 items was told weeks later after contacting you that two were out of stock. The other two came one was very small so measured it and the difference in inches described on website was about 4 inches

Customer service was good but the dress is lovely it's just a shame about the sizing a large is not a UK size I'm a size 10 to 12 and the large is just too tight.
Out of everything that I bought I can only wear 2 pairs of shorts that I purchased. Everything else I had to give to someone else because I received no return label or inventory form in the bag with each bag that was sent to me with the product. I was very disappointed that the sizing was much smaller than was indicated int the sizing chart. Not sure if I will be ordering form this company again anytime soon.
First of all I waited weeks until this dress arrived. I was given a time frame of beginning of April and it did not arrive until April 23rd 2021. I thought it would be worth the wait, but it was not. The dress was falling apart at the hem, and the material was so cheap. The zip was already stuck before I had even put it on. Then, I put it on and the sizing was completely off. There was a reason I selected Medium and not Small. I ensured the sizes under Medium matched the measurements of my body. Yet, the dress would not zip up, partly due to zip quality, but mostly due to sizing issues. The dress did not do up over my breasts, so they were exposed. I can't even return this monstrosity of a dress to the sender as no return address was given. I would also not inflict this dress on my friends/family, not that it would fit them anyway given how pdd the sizing of this dress is. How can a dress not cover somebody's breasts?! Overall this has been an appalling experience. I have already reported this 'boutique' as a scam. I hope this site closes down asap and stops scamming customers!

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
