"what's with the grandma pants"

The site is very responsive and as such was a pleasure to browse but some of the page designs and in particular flashy navigation graphics, detract from the products and make it harder to browse. Checkout was quick and easy and I received an instant email confirmation of my order. Around a week later I received another email advising I had a notification on the site. Unfortunately, this was not tracking information as I had hoped but confirmation that the item was out of stock. After asking my wife to have a quick browse of suitable replacements, I replied with a request for an alternative item, only to be responded with, what appeared to be, confirmation that the original item was back in stock and they are shipping (something was lost in translation as their response was questionable at best). Either way, something was en route. Upon delivery my wife was a little disappointed that it was the original item I ordered and not what she had chosen. I think perhaps this was a little displaced in her review when she asked me "what's with the grandma pants". Looking closer the top was acceptable and the bottoms are as advertised but perhaps suited to someone with a little more junk in the trunk. Overall I am relatively happy with the purchase process but I would be cautious of miss-communication and delivery times.

I found the functionality of the site to be designed very well with great navigation and an array of filter options which made it a pleasure to use. Finding the product advertised was very easy and checkout was quick. I received a confirmation of my order via email and an account was created to allow me to track. Overall I am happy with the shopping experience.

Terrible Company!

I ordered 2 dresses and a play suit. They arrived and look nothing like the pictures, the colours are different; the material is awful and they're just a terrible version of what's advertised. To make matters worse if you want a refund you have to cover the cost of the return and it can only be recorded Royal Mail, absolute scammers!

Contacted for returns label as item purchased was not as picture and too small. No correspondence and website is always down. Stuck with £30 dress cannot use, very disappointed, never shop here again

I ordered my stuff which I was really looking forward to having as we where going away. But still no sign after 2 weeks of ordering. When I emailed they opolized and said it would be with me in the next few days. So I thought great just in time for us going away. No still no sign. So I emailed and asked for a refund which was no trouble and I received my refund within 3 days straight back into my bank account. The clothes are lovely but with the very long waiting of weeks for my order to arrive it has put me off ordering again.
