My overall experience with Boutiquefeel was good however shipping time seemed excessively long.
Sent a dress back that was supposed to be a 12 came like a sack via Royal mail recorded as per instructions received no communication they have denied receipt even though I have a POD that they collected it and NO REFUND.
Delivery could have been quicker than as long as it took for it to get here

I purchased goods they were not good quality and the sizing poor, i kept one item to the value of £16.20 leaving £189 owing to me, i returned the goods but was refused a refund so they have kept my money, no credit note, nothing, customer service is impossible, beware of using this company

I bought 5 of 6 tops for my wife. She's usually easy to buy for, she loved all the outfits looking at them before she tried them on. Sever did not fit right. And when it came to returning them it was like they have never heard of the idea of returning an item. Just didn't have a return system set up like you would think. Amazon makes returning stuff a lot easier.
Everything from placing the order to the customer service was easy. There was an issue with an item I placed and customer service reached out to me and then answered my reply within 24 hours. Shipping wasn't too long either. I was happy with my selections too.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
