We ordered 5 items from Boutiquefeel but all of the items were mis-sized so they are useless to us. We followed the sizing chart for all items very closely. The fact that we received mis-sized items, in fact, means that Boutiquefeel has misrepresented the items it has sold to us. When we inquired about an exchange or refund we were denied because they don't fit in the return category. Instead, they felt that offering us a $10 voucher was sufficient to replace the $86.12 that we spent.
When there is no option for return or refund, how can you have confidence that you will, in fact, receive what you ordered? If a company has a good return policy and a good customer service policy, you can have that confidence but when it comes to Boutiquefeel, the simple answer is that you can't.
Move on an shop somewhere else so you don't end up like us.

Item too big so requested refund. It took me a few attempts to get the return postal address. I was offered discount off my next order instead but I declined. I just wanted to send it back and get my full refund. I had to send back to USA. (I am in Ireland) I would have thought there would have been a European return address. The item had been sent from a Holland postal address so was wondering why I couldn't send back to there and not have to send across the Atlantic Ocean?

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
